Arch39 Phuket Beach Front - SHA Plus

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and location was somewhat good, considering the heavy traffic getting in and out of the roundabout on the main road, and it was far from some of the places we wanted to visit. Room was very clean but if you turn off the AC, there is a smell of sewage coming from the river behind the hotel. Breakfast was a pass. However, the view from our room was fantastic! It was so beautiful getting a view of the sunrise from your bed!

Very good location. Our room was facing the sea. Staffs were helpful. Must stay if you're in phuket.

The upper floor rooms come with a spectacular view of the Chalong Pier, in the mornings and evenings it's a real treat to see the boats scattered around throughout the whole cove.
And for some reason behind the hotel is a hotspot for some song birds with the most delightful and calming sounds.
If you are looking for space and privacy, choose something higher than a standard double room on the ground floor, we initially booked the ground floor unintentionally, but the manager was very helpful and courteous, he offered us an upgraded room on the second floor for a good price.
We were really happy with our stay at the hotel it was a great start to our holiday. Everyone from the manager to the security guard were friendly, always helpful, and efficient.
The room was clean and the housekeeping did a bang up job everyday when we left and came back in the evening the room was perfectly made up like we were visiting a new hotel everyday.
I would recommend this place to any of my friends in a heartbeat, it's such a gem for what you pay.

Nice and quiet hotel with the sunrise facing the east. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

Floor is a little old.
The toilet and shower are separated.

There’s an italian 🇮🇹 restaurant nearby that serves great pizza. 🍕

Walkable to iLaundry that has maid service for clothes you would like to wash during working hours (9am-5pm).

Good hotel to stay if you need to set off from Chalong Pier for diving or snokerling / water activities.

I love the view, stunning sunrise. The staff all friendly, we are being greeted and got great tips from the manager Paul. The location is perfect for family. We booked 2 bedrooms with connector at the balcony. Kids having fun with their own space while parent can still enjoy the romantic space. Lovely place and people will definitely be back again soon!!! Kudos to champion Paul & his awesome crews! From the front desk, housekeeping, security and kitchen crews! Job well done!

Pretty nice location if u go to the island from the pier near by, only walking distance for few minutes.

The room bed is so comfy, the pillow a bit low. Overall is clean , but I see some blood on the wall 🫠 mosquito I think . Staff Have to clean that …….

A roof top swimming pool always empty , it is very cool ! With 180 sea view. The other side can see the big Buddha.
The swimming water a bit dirty at the bottom. I do enjoy it just because like my home private pool.

Breakfast is good, I love the chicken congee , some dim sum , egg, sausage.:::

Low budget design, trendy and raw.
Overall I would like to come again

We didn't stay, just went and checked out the rooms great location and they were very helpful

Just a few little things that has to be improved, but overall, their services are brilliant.
