Beautiful resort surrounded by lush greenery with stunning hilltop views. A lot of privacy. Best for couples but I saw young families as well. A lot of stairs in the villa and around the property so if bringing toddlers, be very mindful. Considering the place is 10 years old, it still looks good.

Great place to stay off the beaten path. I had one of their small villas and it was very nice. Spacious and clean and right off one of the two swimming pools. The included breakfast was delicious with many eastern and western food options. The cafe had good food for lunches and dinners at reasonable prices, if you didn’t fell like leaving the resort. If you are looking for a chill spot and not a party place, this is perfect. It's quite a way from main tourist destinations, so nothing as loud music, drunk people screaming etc. They offer free shuttle to Kata beach. Location was great for fitness street and a short walk to all the gyms, convenience stores, massage shops, nails shops. Not sure why it’s been given such a low average rating. It’s all you could need - we’re here for a week at the Unit 27 gym. The hotel is perfect - it’s a 5 min walk to the gym, there are loads of restaurants/fruit shake bars/cafes right on your doorstep (including protein shops and sports clothes shops). The hotel is clean, big rooms, giant bed, nice clean pool. Can’t really complain!

This hotel has two buildings the main building you see in the images, palms around the pool, garden area and so on. This is okay the second building I think is used in high season and is lacking maintenance. Wi-Fi is useless (room 342) and the pool in this building was turning green due to no filtration. Chalong is a reasonable area to see the island.

Good for the cost if you get lucky with neighbors. You can hear everything through the floors though, and that along with the very very hard beds caused some sleeplessness the two nights I stayed. That said its a new building, is kept very clean, the staff is nice and its a quick walk to fighters street as well.

Very beautiful hotel in terms of its interior and surroundings. I like the greenery they have maintained. Swimming pool and rooms were was clean. But staffs were uninformed and too poor in communication. You would barely find people who are good at English. This makes your stay difficult at Thailand. They never came to clean the rooms or change the towels throughout our stay.

Excellent service and a comfy, well-maintained room. The hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly, even allowing us to check-in early and check-out late for no extra cost! The hotel is located in Chalong. Not many things to do around but also not so many crazy tourist. The staff is not cleaning the hotel so it is very dirty. Cool hotel but it's on a busy main road it's very hard to get I and out with a bike. Also can be noisy. Rooms are nice but basic. Get very hot during day.

The only complaint is not with the hotel but with the Agoda ad which shows attractions based on direct line of sight it seems and not actual travel distances. Eg. Patong Beach is on the opposite side of the island 16-19kms/33mins drive instead of the 6.8km stated on the website
