Phaithong Sotel Resort - SHA PLUS

This is by far the best place I’ve stayed at in a while. I went to Phuket for 3 weeks to train Muay Thai and MMA, and this hotel was a 10 minute walk away from my gym. The pool was great, the room was perfect in my opinion. It had everything I needed, especially air conditioning:)
My favourite thing about this place was the staff; the nicest people I’ve ever met. They took care of everything, and they were super kind aswell. One evening I wanted to order some food, but it was 8:30 and the restaurant closes at 8:00. The lady was so kind that she decided to still cook some food for me, and she even refused to take a tip. On my last day, I had to check out at midday, but my flight was at 9pm. The staff took really good care of me; they offered me food, dessert and a delicious drink throughout the day, when I was sitting at the lobby. Free of charge! I am very satisfied with this place and will be returning 100%

Cool hotel but it's on a busy main road it's very hard to get I and out with a bike. Also can be noisy. Rooms are nice but basic. Get very hot during day.

The only complaint is not with the hotel but with the Agoda ad which shows attractions based on direct line of sight it seems and not actual travel distances. Eg. Patong Beach is on the opposite side of the island 16-19kms/33mins drive instead of the 6.8km stated on the website

This hotel is like a Thai home for me.

The first time I was accommodated at this hotel was September 2022, now it is my second time here and it really feels like a home. We came back without a reservation and to surprise the staff working in here and they still remembered us, even the room we stayed in for the last time... Isn’t it just incredible?

The family that runs this hotel is warm welcoming, friendly and their services are so professional. Staying at Phaithong Sotel Resort always makes my time in Thailand simply amazing. When visiting Phuket I would never ever choose another hotel.

Great Job and can recommend for everyone, who prefers warm approach to guests over empty services for the only purpose of money.

It was perfect. Perfectly attentive and pleasant people. Good English speaking so it makes things easier.
The food is good, the rooms are clean and the pool is nice. It's a family business and you can feel it!
It's hardly noisy on the road side but it's bearable.

Ideally placed for training at Tiger Muay Thai, less than 10min walk away.

Great budget hotel. More than what I've expected. Worth to stay again when visit Phuket next time.

Really nice and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and room is good too. Breakfast was tasty and offered even if we were a bit late some mornings.
Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it's not really in walking distance from much. But renting a bike or taking a taxi solves that problem!

It is a budget resort and is best for the groups. I loved the hospitality there and even the food is kind of okay and can is eatable by Indians. We have gone in a group of 11 members and loved spending every moment there. And the resort is also near by to many places. Big Buddha, Elephant Sanctuary and many more
