Stayed for one night - and inform the room smelt of smoke, and I couldn’t get rid of it. There are ashtrays in the rooms so I think it’s the same for most of them.

I couldn’t stay again sadly… it’s well placed on the Soi. The pool is great

I love staying here my third time now. Always my little home from home when staying on the fitness street. Staff are lovely. Rooms cleaned daily to beautiful standard. Strong WiFi. For the money you cannot fault.

When I booked I was a little concerned about the many negative reviews but my experience here was 5 star. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the lady at reception.
The room and bathroom were huge. The room and hotel were very clean. Room cleaning always seemed to happen when I left for the gym each morning. The bed was super king-size and although firm, the mattress was very comfortable. I slept very well. Despite being just off the Main Street, and in the centre of the action, it was very quiet. I enjoyed my 7 nights and wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked. For the price this place was excellent.

Clean large rooms with a massive bed. AC is excellent. Each room has direct pool access. Staff were very helpful. Excellent value for money. We had absolutely no issues when it came to getting our deposit back. The location is exactly where you want to be if you are attending any of the gyms on this street. I really struggle to understand how previous posts are so negative. Would 100% stay again

Not sure why it’s been given such a low average rating. It’s all you could need - we’re here for a week at the Unit 27 gym. The hotel is perfect - it’s a 5 min walk to the gym, there are loads of restaurants/fruit shake bars/cafes right on your doorstep (including protein shops and sports clothes shops). The hotel is clean, big rooms, giant bed, nice clean pool. Can’t really complain!

Botom line up front: Solid hotel with straight forward, no-frills rooms. Would stay again.

The pool looked nice and well kept but we did not use it. Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they watched our bags until we checked in. On check in, the advertised time is 1400 with 300 Baht per hour if you want in early. Our room was ready at 1230 and they allowed us to check in free of charge.

Rooms are simple. Bed is very firm, bathroom has a shower and tub. My wife would have liked conditioner and a blow dryer provided. Big plus is that they have a refrigerator in the room.

Check out: also quick. Deposit was refunded in full sans the fee we paid to use our credit card instead of cash (3% of 2,000 Baht). We wanted late check out (300 Baht per hour) to shower after our crossfit class @ 1100 but since the room was already booked they said no. They watched our bags during the class and called us a taxi afterward to take us to our next hotel.
