Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely disgusting company. We arrived and the villa stunk with multiple outdated facilities. They’ll also request a 2000 thb deposit upon arrival for their unclean and directly properties. No security on site for such a remote resort. When we arrived the whole place was scarce.

As we were displeased we proposed to the receptionist (claimed to be manager) to modify our booking to 1 night instead of 3 so we could go elsewhere. She tried to keep our passports. She proceeded to tell us she cannot do this for the next 20 minutes and we have to do it via our booking partner.

We contacted a customer agent and they confirmed it was down to the hotel to modify or cancel bookings (obviously). As she continued to lie we asked she cancel the booking completely and we will handle the rest on our end.

To which she claimed she could not do either and proceeded to act incompetent as if she could not understand English to avoid cancelling the booking and attempt to keep our money. After over an hour she still refused to cancel our booking. We wasted an entire afternoon with this nonsense and would advise as a tourist you avoid this place altogether.

All whilst this was happening she kept making strange phone calls and texting someone. Looking back we aren’t sure what she was doing but we suspect it could be as bad as involvement in trafficking. She was adamant about not cancelling our booking and trying to force us to stay on the premises. Even saying “I want you to stay, so why would I cancel.”

Avoid, avoid. There is something so sketchy and immoral about this place.

While the secluded location stood out as a positive aspect, the property fell short of the representations on their website. The facility appeared run-down, and the staff's assistance was limited. Despite reserving two adjoining private villas, the on-site arrangement differed from the booking, causing initial confusion. The property's upkeep did not match the online portrayal, raising concerns given the substantial cost of over $1500 USD. The unexpected requirement of a 2,000 baht cash hold upon arrival, coupled with the omission of the floating pool breakfast from the purchased breakfast plan, further impacted the overall experience. Communication challenges were exacerbated by the absence of an in-room phone, necessitating trips to the lobby for assistance. Despite the amicable nature of the staff, the property and guest care left much to be desired. Cleaning requests revealed oversights, particularly in crucial areas such as the bathroom, shower, and floors, where visible dirt persisted, detracting from the overall satisfaction of the stay.

There’s a reason why this place is cheaper than others. Please believe the reviews.

It’s very OLD. Yes maybe one chipped chair is okay, but when everything in the house is old, chipped, paint falling off, looks dusty, of course it won’t feel good! The couch is so dirty I don’t even want to touch it 🤮 also the floors are sticky and it feels disgusting walking on them barefoot. I am afraid to touch everything because everything looks like million people used them for many years.
The pool is always cold because it doesn’t get sun so I haven’t even swam there once.

NOISE. You can hear everybody. Crying kids, people having loud bedroom activities if you know what I mean or just talking.

LOCATION. Location is good because we are not beach people. This villas are close to the town

SERVICE. Service is okay. They don’t really try hard but they do the bare minimum

I would not recommend this place and I regret booking it

We booked 10 villas for a family holiday but still they have not given a proper service.

Very very bad service and very rude staff, my kids only took paper flower from room for that they charged 300bht and we were just discussing but staff started threatening us that if we will not pay they will call police.

Location wise also it’s very bad option because nothing is nearby.

They don’t even have phone in rooms to call on reception if you need anything.

We are vegetarian so they don’t have much options for us so we asked for extra salad (only cucumber and tomato) for that also they charged.

In some rooms washbasin water blockage is there and in some rooms flush have problem.

Don’t waste your holiday and money on this property!

A very hidden place, if your willing to pay lots of cash for transportation than its fine. In terms of the villa, was good but nothing great. And yea they should have at least one staff who understands and talks reasonable English. Tq

Far from convenience shop, beach, and they forgot our dinner :(
