Staff are lovely and the rooms clean. We had a big balcony, pool access was downstairs. The shower/bath set up is dangerous, you have to step up over a thick tiled wall around the door but into the slope of the bath, it's awkward and very slippy you could see this where the towel rack was hanging off the wall, someone must have used it for support when getting in/out/slipping. The water from the shower also pools on the wall and runs onto the floor. So would not recommend for anyone with accessibility difficulties. The location is also only good if you have transport, to walk to most places involves going down a very busy scary road with not much pavement.

Very bad services, staff are not welcoming even the room services is bad.
Breakfast are not good also, i go outside to get my breakfast.

Services can get slightly better, there was rain and the electricity went out for 2-3 hours. I wouldn't want to pay again to a place which has this issue, should be responsible enough if they're charging high. Also no soaps given, no cutlery given, but i like the room and pool Access all of that is amazing, worth the money, the service needs to be much better and prompt.

Very unhelpful staff, the staff refused to let me speak with a manager when I had an issue, a pipe burst in my bathroom and flooded. Customer service is poor and despite understanding English they refuse to help. Would be 0 stars if I could. If the manager would like to contact me I would consider changing the rating.

Shower was absolutely terrible. You have to climb into the back of the bath with a slope to then Access the tap as the fixed shower screen was fitted terribly.Thomas cook took extra for pool access that I never received without walking downstairs. The balcony glass balustrade will not withstand a load of 3 people against it so don't be a victim to falling.. I was greated to a dried spit stain on the glass on my arrival and it stayed there every day till I left along with the bath stains which I had to climb in to try and clean myself because it's so difficult to access so I understand the cleaners position. It's definitely not a 4star hotel by UK standard .
