Reviews
1. The villas are a bit run down, we found a huge spider inside the room in the first night. You can not stay at the lower level open space because of mosquitos, even if you have an indoor pool there. PS: mosquitos coil could not kick all of them away...
2. The resort does not have a long beach, instead, they have a tiny bay without much to be excited for.
3. The food at the resort is usually 2-3 times higher than outside, yet, you have to fight with flies non-stop while you're eating...
4. The mosquitos are the killers of joy, you could easily get 10+ bites from day and night. Both flies and mosquitos actually can be controlled if they manage the resort well, that's why we do not have it in our condominiums in Singapore.
I recently stayed at Six Senses Samui, and it was an exceptional experience. The resort's stunning hillside location offers breathtaking views, especially at sunset. My villa was spacious and beautifully designed, with a private pool that added a luxurious touch.
The dining, particularly at Dining on the Rocks, was outstanding, featuring fresh and innovative dishes. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The facilities, including the infinity pool and spa, were top-notch, and the staff provided impeccable service, always friendly and attentive.
Overall, Six Senses Samui is a perfect blend of natural beauty and luxury. Highly recommended for a tranquil and indulgent getaway.
Wonderful service, Gem Honey made sure we had an incredible stay.
Food also very good. Spa treatments wonderful. Sauna excellent. Only bummer is that sauna doesn’t allow mixed genders so my girlfriend and I had to go to separate saunas. But even that is fine.
Wonderful resort and we look forward to go back soon.
Next time anywhere I will not go to a six senses hotel or restaurant.
But the "X factor" was the staff who went the extra mile to make our stay extra special. It was my partner's birthday and they made a delicious vegan cake for her as well as handmade cards from the staff for her.
They also made a real effort to cater for a plant based diet making special adaptations where necessary for us.
Bravo Six Senses! - we will be back!
It’s our second time at Six Senses Samui. At the moment we checked out last January, we were planning our next vacation here. This time we stayed 7 days and we are so sad to leave.
- With its lush landscaping and trees surrounding, the hotel is designed in a breathtaking way, creating the feeling of being in the middle of the jungle.
- Our guest experience manager, Aum, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.
- The hotel's staff is just amazing; they provide excellent service and make sure you have a wonderful stay. They made our holiday extra special.
- Our villa was so luxurious, with a breathtaking view to the sea.
- The food is really delicious and there are few restaurants if you don’t want to go out.
- The hotel offers unique activities like making natural herb scrub, yoga, sound healing and more. In addition to providing us with special experiences, these activities made our stay more enjoyable.
- There is two magnificent pools and a beautiful beach.
Over all, we had a perfect experience. There are no words to describe how wonderful this hotel is.
