Nice clean accommodation, great location.
I've stayed here several times already, and each time, I had a very comfy stay.
The staff members are always friendly and kind, there are complementary coffee and hot cocoa available at the lobby.
The rooms are clean and modern, however, some rooms can smell a bit musty.
There is a big Big C right behind it. There are some other shops in the same area, the hotel is located right by Sukhumvit.

No lift, difficult for elderly and who have big luggage

Located on the main road. BigC almost right next door. Car parking at the rear of hotel, safe and secure. Cleanliness of the reception, corridors, stairs, room and bathroom excellent. Free coffee in reception and a selection of cold drinks including beer. Very central location. A lot of traffic outside but, the room was quiet. The refrigerator was small but, it worked very well. Relaxing atmosphere.

1 light is broken, overall very good. Good weather, next to the road, next to the mall, the bed is very comfortable ~~~ The air conditioner is slow cold, but leave it for a while, it's cool. The bathroom is ok, the water flow is strong, normal. if going to travel again Will definitely come back to stay here.

Nice room but no balcony Importantly, the water flows very slowly. Inform this agent to check and inform that the flow is gradually normal Causing having to spend more time in the bathroom than usual The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. There is a small window so the smell is not emptied as it should.
