Loved the resort. Away from the hustle and bustle and has a shuttle service at fixed times . Has a private beach and dine in . Breakfast is lovely. Pool is lovely. Complete value for money.

It’s a reasonable price hotel with private beach small but nice not too good but with this price it’s ok. .. no parking at hotel but they have shuttle tuktuk .

The property is beautiful, they have their private beach. The corner suit rooms and superior corner room will give you spectacular view of the sea and sanctuary of truth. The location is downside as it is far away from centre. Swimming pool is beautiful but there is a risk to injure yourself in this pool

Had a wonderful experience... the hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative.. provided us with early check in as my wife wasn't feeling good.. the private beach was easily accessible and my daughter had a wonderful time

Great hotel, great stuff, a little bit priced but you pay for you get, the beach itself inside is full of rocks 🪨 so you can just lie down on the sand and enjoy, great swimming pool, and great atmosphere. And super nice stuff all over the hotel , kind and helpful 👍

Breakfast so far OK, but no daily variations. Daily room service needs to be improved (dirty, greasy windows, balcony not swept, toilet doesn't look like that it would be cleaned up daily, etc, etc). Staff more / less friendly and helpful. Foods very expensive, compared to all excellent restaurants outside and nearby. Beach bar / cafe closed by excellent weather conditions

Disspointed for 5 star hotel inside looking outdated and not very welcoming foyer very bland and dark realy needs update , room was fine , shower / bathroom again bland and needs updated very disappointed

We stayed in this hotel for three days and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, spacious and gives you a welcome feel. Coming to rooms, the one we stayed in was for family but didn't have a separate changing area. Only a half wall divides the room. This might work for a couple but with family one will definitely find it severely lacking privacy. Would suggest you to check the rooms before booking...

The room is spacious and nice. There are various convenience facilities, so there is nothing lacking in your stay. However, the wifi doesn't work well. At 3:00 AM, the wi-fi will be reset.

Breakfast was ok although some cereal would have been nice (I might have missed it though lol) Room was comfy and the staff were lovely.....although you come to expect that in Thailand. I had dinner in the restaurant with live music (it was very quiet so I was able to sing)

Exceptionally friendly staff, very modern and large selection of rooms to suit singles to families in two bedroom suites.

I stayed here for around a month staff was always friendly and tried to help. there is a bit of an English language barrier with some of the staff which resulted in wrong drinks but otherwise everything was wonderful.

Japanese oriented old & spacy hotel with the very nice ONSEN & SAUNA , the good size swimming pool and the good Breakfast. I've been trying to figure out why the floors in our room and in the elevator weren't clean. I think it was because they were busy due to the U19 Asia Cup being held. The other complaint was at breakfast, the tables hadn't been wiped after the previous dinners had eaten. The staff were great and couldn't do enough to help us. Old room, have some smell, loud air condition, bed is old and not flat. Good fitness room. Pool is open air, under water is full of bird’s poop.

Excellent. Friendly staff, first class facilities, good food. My wife and I had a minor problem with the onsen, so they opened it specially for us. Not the type of thing everywhere would do. I highly recommend this hotel. It was our fitst time staying there but will definitely stay again.

Good position when you have some business in Chonburi or nearby. The hotel is clean, parking lot enough for guests. Price not too high with comfy room.

I have stayed on a few occasions at this hotel the negatives are hot water problems, I found using the thermostatic showers in late evening would only produce lukewarm water I have stayed in various rooms within the hotel and all have same problem. Also hotel has no pool, apart from that the staff are extremely friendly doorman has a permanent smile on his face he probably sleeps and wakes up smiling...

I stayed here for a month during December and January. The staff are all very kind and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant. I left my wallet in the lobby and the front desk manager remembered who I was and called my room to get it back to me. There is a complimentary buffet breakfast provided every morning. Great staff, nice enough hotel, great rates, good location for Bang Saen without being too touristy. This is a living, breathing that neighborhood, and should be respected as such. It's not lavish, but the hotel is very comfortable and clean. The two restaurants are great by my palate, and they were able to make the green curry vegetarian (w/tofu) on request.

The hotel has been operated for at least 20 odd years, The exterrior of the building might be old but the interior is nice and classic . The deluxe might be a bit small for my liking. It is convenience to dine since there are quite a few tastey food vendors nearby. Sufficient parking spaces .

Delightful place to stay . First class service , food, and accommodation. The staff are amazing I have found will do all they can for you, with a smile and refreshing politeness . The breakfast buffet which is included in the price, is delicious with daily variations that give one a hint of local flavour as well as the more common American style continental breakfast . I will definately be back!

The hotel has acceptable rooms at a acceptable rate. It complies with Thai standard I suppose is quite clean and the staff even though they don't speak English very well are really friendly. There is a Spa and a fitness centre available. I guess most people comming here know why. ????

Pros: -New, clean and comfortable. -Cheap room. -Very nice staff. -Locate on highway, easy to find. Cons: -Room is not soundproofing. The noises from nearby room are loud, so annoying. -Smelly refrigerator (for my case) Conclusions I recommend to stay if you plan to just ”sleep at night”. But I satisfy overall.

i like hop inn's standard in both room cleanliness and location of each hotel. most of staffs were nice and attentive and pretty flexible for guests' requests.

New hotel, security guard who will help you to park. Very clean. Coffee free, elevator, wheel chair friendly. Cross of a plaza. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, great hot shower. We had a great night of sleep there. Will stay again.

Brand new and clean. Good location. There was a group in the next room though and I can tell you the walls are thin. Also the smart TV is a total waste of time.

Located on the main road. BigC almost right next door. Car parking at the rear of hotel, safe and secure. Cleanliness of the reception, corridors, stairs, room and bathroom excellent. Free coffee in reception and a selection of cold drinks including beer. Very central location. A lot of traffic outside but, the room was quiet. The refrigerator was small but, it worked very well. 1 light is broken, overall very good. Good weather, next to the road, next to the mall, the bed is very comfortable ~~~ The air conditioner is slow cold, but leave it for a while, it's cool. The bathroom is ok, the water flow is strong, normal. if going to travel again Will definitely come back to stay here.

Inform this agent to check and inform that the flow is gradually normal Causing having to spend more time in the bathroom than usual The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. Pretty good hotel and value for money. You get decent foods here and link to the Dock. Some street shopping area are available nearby. No worries to stay here as you get decent room, decent services, and nice deco too. Bistro, bars are available. You won't disappoint by staying a night here. You get sea view too if you are keen.

Spacious room with close proximity to sea and fish market. Hotel provides free popcorn and few options of non alcoholic drinks on ground floor. We were provided opportunity to spin a wheel to get a discount coupon during check in process. There is a noise from restaurant on top floor. Night stand was dusty. Everything you need for a good sleep. Comfortable, modern and clean; no traffic noise. Cheery staff. Good car park. Plenty of street food on surrounding streets. Just be aware that public transport to centre didn't seem to exist, though I'm sure the staff would help arrange a taxi.

We just stayed there for a stopover to Bangkok, but the hotel is very clean and really affordable. There's a good street restaurant around the corner, but apart from that there's not much in to do or see around the hotel. The staff was very friendly.
