Excellent location of the hotel. 2 minutes to the sea. Good bed, clean linen, quiet air conditioner. The only minus is that there is no TV in the room

Good resort, but not to much light in the room, has small windows. But location is perfect, a lot of cafe and bars, beach is near

Great room with pool view. Very comfortable bed! 1 minute walk to the beach. 1 minute to all restaurants, exchange offices with a good rate and 7/11 around the corner)

The owners are very nice and treated us like friends. We rented motorbikes from them and booked a ferry to koh Tao. They made us feel at home!
The bathroom is a little small. Shower right in front of the toilet. How water with a good flow!
We stayed during the full moon party, it was pretty loud during the night but mostly because of noisy people not music.
I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located very close to Haad Rin beach, on the second line. On the one hand, you can't hear loud music from the bars on the beach, and on the other hand, it's about a minute's walk. There are many restaurants for every taste and a 7-11 nearby.

On arrival, there were problems with the safe (it didn't close) and the shower (it didn't turn on), but everything was quickly fixed.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel if you want to sleep at night and do not want to be deceived. I lived in this hotel in festival period and it was the low season, but the hotel guests make a party with music and songs until 4 a.m. The hotel staff does not regulate this, the reception is closed at this time and there is no security. I'm alone and I weigh fifty kilograms, I'm afraid to talk with a drunken group of people, so I just didn't sleep. I also left the hotel early, I warned the reception about it in advance. In the morning I gave the keys to one of the hotel employees because there was no one at the reception and asked about the deposit refund. The employee first pretended not to understand, I repeated and he nodded and left. I didn't break anything in the room, I took a video of the room when I was leaving. I waited 15 minutes and left because I was in a hurry to the ferry. Wi-Fi doesn't work, the bathroom smells badly of sewage. I will never stay at this hotel and I do not recommend it

We went to Phangan for the half-moon party and because of the beautiful beaches. We were generally not disappointed with the accommodation. The room is perfectly fine in terms of size. The only thing that doesn't seem to be maintained is the bathroom. The drain smelled extremely bad after showering! Otherwise the room was perfectly fine for our needs. The proximity to the beaches (e.g. Leela Beach) is a huge plus. The ladies at reception work very quickly and professionally, but can only be found from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Scooters are available for rent!
