Hotels in Haad Rin

The hotel has seen its better days, the maintenance is quite bad. Our room smelled strongly of mold, but talking to other guests this is not common for other rooms. The hotel was full and we didn’t have time or energy to change rooms, but I find it strange to rent out a room with such a bad smell. The restaurant is not worth a visit in my opinion, but there are some nice places around the hotel. ...

The room was so nice deco, spacious size and spotless clean. The staff are so great at friendly yet professional service. I do appreciate their works! And absolutely enjoy the tranquility vibes of the hotel. But the beach in front may not an amazing view.

Amazing pool villas, but not enough privacy! If you are paying for a private pool villa you don’t want people looking into your pool and room. A simple reflective tape would fix that problem during day time! Also some troubles with doors that were barely working, staff great but food a little bland! Loved it the first two times but a little too expensive for us so might go somewhere else next time...

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. Especially the boys at the bar/breakfast area were very attentive to our family of five. Location requires renting a car or bike or using the local taxi’s but still worthwhile! Highly recommend. Rooms are very nice. Focus on sustainability highly appreciated. Only comment is they need to fix some of the tiles in the pool.

I was at this hotel many years ago and was afraid that the years will make it older.. But what a big surprise. Nice rooms and great location - staff were really helpful and friendly. Great access to Haad Rin and the private beach is nice (very rocky and shallow so not ideal for the paddle boards they provide)

Rooms are a little old, but really tidy and the staff is just amazing! Also the food is nice and beach is so so peaceful and great for a sunset hunting🥹 *a lot of wonderful dogs and cats, which are sooo chill and friendly!

We generally enjoyed our stay here, but the rooms need an upgrade. Lovely place to spend the time at Haad Rin. It’s nearby the party places but also far away enough to enjoy silent days and nights. The more or less private beach is stunning - especially during sunset. The staff is absolutely nice and always do their best to make us a great time. Would totally recommend to spend your time here. Only „bad“ thing are the last 10m to get to the hotel.

Sarikantang was definitely worth the money. It is ideally located in a very beautiful beach, 10 minutes walking distance to Haad Rin, where everything happens. Stayed in the beach villa number 44 with an amazing se view from the bed. I have to stay that the staff was amazing, always going the extra mile with my 2 year old baby, Special mention to Peng and hiscolleagues at the restaurant.

I cannot express how amazing this hotel is! I went as a solo traveler for Christmas and the staff, service and room was outstanding! It was my birthday and they decorated the room with balloons and made it super special! The food is great and I had Christmas Eve dinner on the beach! The owners are very nice and treated us like friends. We rented motorbikes from them and booked a ferry to koh Tao. They made us feel at home! The bathroom is a little small. Shower right in front of the toilet. How water with a good flow! We stayed during the full moon party, it was pretty loud during the night but mostly because of noisy people not music. I would definitely stay here again!

Really friendly and helpful personel who speak well English. We had a small problem with the room and we immediately got a new room with an upgrade. We were a little bit unlucky with our loud neighbours but I would definitely recommend this resort. The pool was also very nice.

Perfect location with a nice pool. Rooms about dark but lovely in there. With nice shops by and good cafe and pubs with walk 2 minutes at most to the beach.

I stayed here for two weeks before moving to another resort on the quieter Sunset beach for 4 weeks. Seabeeze manager is trying hard to improve the resort but cannot control the volume of the party club next door. Beautiful views!

Nice quiet place both for vacation stay and long stay. Overwhelming view from seaview bungalows, i.e. you can observe a beautiful bay with sunsets and many islands, including Ko Samui and Ko Tao. I just stayed at the Bay Resort for the last 4 days and loved it! If peace and quiet is what your soul is in need of, then look no further… The Bay Resort and Restaurant located in Bankai is just a short drive to Hard Run (approximately 3km) and 10mins to the Thongsala Pier. Thaniza is a 10 minute walk from “Haad Rin Beach” and a 15 minute scooter ride to “Thong Sala”. The sea views are excellent and it’s worth getting a room with a sea view. Management was not nice. When booking rooms before holidays book just for the holiday dates and later book again. The price per day went down from 1000 when booking before the new year to 350 thb for the same dates right after new year.

Clean room, room with fan not too hot in the night, very quit. Beach is not beautiful but okay. Restaurant is medium priced. Scooter rent for 250 baht per day.

The rooms are simple but good. The triple room was a bit tight with 2 adults. The pool is nice with sea views. It's within walking distance of the Full Moon Party, but far enough away that you won't hear anything about it. The family was very friendly. There is also a small shop in the reception where you can buy the essentials. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance.

Good value for money, great choice for full-moon period, however owners are extremely nosy and strict regarding house rules. Regardless, we had a great stay!

Nice bungalow near the beach. It takes about 45 minutes to walk to Haad Rin (ful moon perty), but the road is uphill and difficult. Take a tuk-tuk, 100 baht per person. The air conditioner didn't work. On the same day they called a repairman and fixed it. Our bungalow did not have a refrigerator. When we asked to put our food in the refrigerator at the reception, we were refused.

Cool bungalow, just 50 m from the beach. Private CLEAN beach. I don't know where people find rubbish here, probably bringing their own. There was an air-conditioning in my bungalow as hot water. There is a cafe in 10 m from the water: when I got sunburnt, I was sitting there the whole day, drinking cocktails and beer. No need to drive or walk anywhere. The view till 2-3 is ok, then the water goes away...

The beach is two steps away, scooters available to rent, and there’s even free coffee, cookies and bananas available at any time! The room are a bit small , and not very comfortable. But the staff is very kind and helpful and there is a very nice porch with the sea view. Water pressure in the shower is pretty good but it’s combine with the toilet. They give a discount for there beach bar.

This place is suitable for groups and if you are looking for a place to stay near the party beach. The place was average but the water pressure is pretty bad. Super slow other than that its a decent place to stay.

Great hospitality, great attitude, just all-round brilliant service. We came to them with a pretty big problem and they helped us sort out our situation within minutes. Our group also may not have been the easiest to accommodate, so I doubly appreciate their level of service. The food was just as good as everything else about them. 10/10, would recommend.

Room was not cleaned.Air condition was facing towards a person head when lying in bed. No kettle in room.

We stayed here 2 nights during fullmoon party.. walking distance to the beach. Lots of restaurants and other shops nearby. Bring your own toiletries, otherwise you can just buy at nearby shops. There's a boat to Koh Samui 5 minutes away from the hotel 200 baht. We didn't get bored in HaadRin because the place was lively especially at night!
