I first stayed here in 1990..i kept visiting every year after for 3 months. 2 months out on the rocks in the old white bungalows before they remodeled them. They did not have a pool back then either. I suggested over the years to build a Pool. They did a Fabulous job with the Pool. Now they are Rin Beach Resort. Owned by an super amazing family that i watched grow up over the years. My last visit was in 2010. Now i live in Bkk and need to visit the family again. What do you expect me to say on this review? LMAO. I LOVE the family and Love the resort. I just will never understand the cement house boats on the beach. Oh ya, if you stay here you should rest assured that you are in a safe secure resort. Miss the family. Need to visit. Their cooking is the Best in all of Thailand!!

The room smells like pee and the water pressure is virtually non existent. The little water heater thing turns off after a minute and won't turn on for another five. So basically, don't stay here unless you don't plan on showering during your stay. The only thing this place has going for it is its proximity to the Full Moon Party and the pier.

Great spot and great value for price. Loved the massive pool. The staff were friendly. Same day laundry service for 50B/kg. It seems to be a mostly family run business. Room was clean and a good size. Bathroom was small but very clean. Wifi worked great in the guestroom we were in. Location was great for Haad Rin, everything is walking distance, but I think that rings true for most spots in Haad Rin. It was nice to be away from the pounding bass on Sunrise beach, but still only a 5 minute walk away.

The resort seems really nice, of course that (I guess) there were best rooms than mine, even that we choose the third less expensive, but the ones next to the see looked wonderful.
Pool is ok.

Very bad place. The owner yelled on me, took a lot of money and not nice. Terrible place. I’ll never go back again.

Stayed for 5 nights in January. Bungalow hasn't seen any updates since the early 80s probably. TV did not work. Ants got into the room through the windows and one night a cockroach ( from the ceiling?) feel on my hand while I was in bed!! Management wasn't very friendly either.
The only good thing about this place is the pool. Wouldn't stay again..

Beautiful resort, nice and clean rooms, they changed our bedding everyday. Staff was friendly. Great swimming pool with lounge chairs, pool was maintained every morning. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Beautiful flowers and walk to the rooms.
