Villa Cha-Cha Salad Beach Koh Phangan

I booked a stay here for 5 people.
Room with only one bathroom which made it inconvenient however there is a fridge provided which was nice.
However, the room cleanliness was not up to par at all !
The hotel workers stated that the room would be cleaned daily however it was not unless we asked them to several times. Throughout the 6 full days of my stay not once did they change the bedsheets (I know this because a chocolate stain that was on the bed the first day stayed there until the last).
The garbage can was never cleared out, spoons were not washed and replaced (they were filled with Nutella so obviously used), wrappers weren’t picked up etc’.
The only thing they did was fold the blankets and replace the towels - no bathroom/sink cleanup whatsoever (again, I know this because of marks that we left in specific areas that were never wiped off).
During our last night there was a bug infestation throughout the room. When we contacted the service people, nothing was done and the immediate response was that we should just flick them off and that they won’t hurt us.
Absolutely disgusting.
We asked to have the room cleaned and all bedsheets changed - declined because housekeeping doesn’t work after 17:00.
When asked to move rooms, they offered us one room that can’t even accommodate 5 people and they had no key so we had to call them each time we wanted to leave and open the room (no privacy and independence whatsoever).
No reumbursment was offered.
No apology.
When we asked for a later checkout, they insisted that people were checking in one hour after our checkout time (11:00 am).
We left the hotel only around 16:00, we peeked through our door and saw that the room wasn’t even cleaned and not ready for any guest.
Additionally, the breakfast in the hotel was not up to par either. We arrived an hour and a half before closing (plenty of time) and the dining room was a mess. It was obvious the staff hadn’t added/chNged the food since the beginning of service. There was practically nothing left, iced coffee is for an added price (!), the room was filled with flies and bugs. When asked to replace some of the food or add some, we were declined. Most staff unprofessional and do not speak English.
I tried to fill a review through booking.com to no avail.
For the price we paid, this was a horrible experience.
I would never go back.
By the way, the literal staff of the hotel slept in a room in front of us and were sitting outside staring at us every second of the day. They did help us open our door because like every other facility in this place everything is outdated and broken.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
Side note - do not do a massage there, it’s absolutely horrible.
The only good thing about this place is that it is beachfront.

Booked and paid for a 6-night stay through Agoda. Upon arrival, we were shockingly informed that there were no rooms available and we would need to find alternative accommodations ourselves. The staff member we spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. This was a terrible experience.

I cannot review the rooms or facilities as we were unable to stay. However, I strongly advise caution when booking with this establishment. To avoid a similar situation, I recommend double-checking your reservation before arrival. It's essential to choose accommodations with polite and professional customer service.

This place needs to shut down. It was probably amazing once, as the location is beautiful, right on the beach in a great spot, and the hotel staff is super kind (really nice folks). But, the facility is a disgrace. The water in the faucet are yellow, as well as the shower, and the owners don’t seem to care. I’ve seen people check in and check out within a few hours while there (escorted after several nights). The food is awful, and the place has ants everywhere you step (including in your coffee). Stay away.
