Villa Cha-Cha Salad Beach Koh Phangan

Amazing spot for watching a sunset.
As we have been staying here for 6 nights. Then we used the Laundry service for our clothes. We received all our clothes back on the next day, there were packed in a plastic bag which all were (still) WET!!!
Therefore, we have to HANG all clothes on the BALCONY!!! (as per attached photo)
I realized that service personal has just get their job done without any attentiveness!
Furthermore, there are some cons that I experienced with as it has already mentioned by other reviewers.
However, the staffs were really helpful and kind regarding the service. The air-conditioning stops working few times, it gets fixed immediately. Once during the night then the mechanical staff offered the room changed. That was very nice.

Rooms: Spacious, tidy, neat and clean. The beds were super comfy.

Restaurant: The menu was a tad overpriced, but the food was good. Breakfast is basic, I would rather have breakfast elsewhere for a better price. The fresh coconuts here are delicious. Closes at 22:00

Staff: The staff were very friendly and helpful. "Bass" was on point with service at the restaurant and "Few" was really helpful with transport.

Swimming pool: The pool was well maintained, clean and kid friendly. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to relax at. Towels are provided at reception.

Beach: This is a beautiful and relatively quiet beach, the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. The sand is powdery white and the water is clear, an ok place to snorkel.

We had a lovely stay here and would certainly love to come back in the future.

+ The hotel is right on the beach, on one of the best snorkeling coves in Koh Phangan. The staff was very accommodating, and took care of any problems that we had. Very good customer service.
- After 2 years of COVID, many places in Thailand are a little run-down and in need of maintenance. There was a very smelly hammock in front of our room that we had them take away. People on this island aren't as friendly as other places we've been, but the friendlier we were to the staff, the friendlier they were to us. I've had a lot of Thai massage, but this place was not good, and painful in a bad way at times.
