Maehaad Bay Resort - SHA Plus

Very nice Hotel with perfect view.
Hotel has 2 pools. The staff was very sweet and friendly.
We extended our stay and were quite happy here. Restaurants nearby have very good food. Scooter can be rented opposite of the hotel.
Beds are very comfortable. Room size was okay.
We got picked up and driven back to the pier.
Breakfast is really nice with fruits and warm food. They serve also bread, not only toast.
We also enjoyed the food in the restaurant. It is a little more expensive but the view is great.

There are many mosquitos around which was a little annoying.
Besides that everything was great and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

- Nice location near beautiful beaches like salad beach and bottle beach, but a bit isolated from the rest
- Good breakfast
- 3 minutes walk from a very nice beach with a spectacular sunset

The restaurant is not as good as the rest, but you can find other restaurants in the area

We stayed for 5 nights and liked our stay very much. Service was very polite and efficient. Rooms were spacious and in good condition with good fridge, ac, balcony and safe. We had some issues with balcony door and ac which both were fixed right away. Both pools are very nice and clean. Facilities are well kept with very nice garden. Breakfest was very good with lots of options. We ate several times in the restaurant and food was good, affordable and view was amazing especially during sunset. Hotel doesn't have own beach so you have to walk few minutes to the beach.
Location is bit secluded especially during low season.

It was a better place than we expected - and definitely on the higher end of a 3 star hotel.

Rooms are very clean and new. Beds were comfortable. We had an amazing balcony in which we spend a lot of time overlooking the pool. The room is not very big but also not small.

Staff was amazing, and they provided new sheets, cleaning, 2 bottles of water, and teas every day.

It’a located near Koh Ma (3 min walk) in which you can go walk and watch the sunset.

The pools are fantastic. One is like a theme-pool - medium sized but so peaceful. The other is bigger and has an awesome sea view.

Restaurant is good. Laundry is also very neat.

There is a 2-3 small shops located nearby but if you’d like to go to a 7-Eleven or a supermarket you need to do a 5 min motorbike ride. And you definitely, 100% need a motorbike if you plan to go to different places on the island.

I liked the new building. The pool is great. We often ordered lunch for the pool, it was well prepared, normal prices and portions. I really liked Koh Phangan.
