I really enjoy my stay in here, the staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It has an awesome garden full of plants! And the beach close to the hotel is beautiful. I recommend this place!

Terrible experience — avoid this place at all costs!
The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. She constantly shouted at guests and treated everyone disrespectfully.
When I rented a motorbike from her, she later tried to scam me by inventing fake scratches that didn’t exist and demanded a large payment. She even refused to return my passport until I paid her.
The motorbike had only a tiny mark on the brake handle — something normal from regular use — but she made up multiple “damages” to take more money.
This is clearly a common scam they do to tourists.
On top of that, the room had very poor water pressure, the fridge didn’t work, and her attitude was horrible.
Please be careful — I truly warn everyone: do not stay here and do not rent anything from her.

I strongly advise against going to this place. It’s a shady location with very poor hygiene standards, but the worst part is the owner — a scammer who demanded an unreasonable cash deposit. When we politely asked if this was mentioned in the booking terms, she physically threw us out. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Be careful!

We had a lovely stay at The Memory. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing time in Koh Phangan. The family who runs the place is incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome. The location is peaceful yet convenient, and having the restaurant on-site was a big plus. A perfect spot if you’re looking for a friendly, homely atmosphere.

This is a very relaxing place to stay, and has a restaurant with a beautiful jungle and ocean view. All the food is incredible (and at great prices!), and the people who work there are very nice - just ask for anything you need or want to eat and they will make it happen!

Terrible Experience with Laundry Service – Clothes Ruined, Rude Response
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The laundry service turned all of my clothes pink. When I brought it up to the staff, instead of resolving the issue, the person responsible started shouting at me and was incredibly rude. There was no offer of compensation or discount despite the damage done. I would definitely not recommend staying here, especially if you value good customer service and care for your belongings.

Enjoyed the peace and quiet here in a secluded location. Super room, equipped with everything. safe, fridge and air conditioning available. Spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. Very reasonably priced bungalow, would come again anytime. There are also nice cafes, restaurants and stores nearby. I already had a scooter, but there is the possibility to rent one nearby.

We stayed 6 night in the peaceful lushy garden of Sun moon star resort. The rooms and the environment of beautiful, it is a short 5 minutes walk from the beach where it is possible to have nice snorkeling. It is a thai family run place. Orn and her family were very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay there!
