We stayed for a week and had a consistently good experience. The excellent price-to-value ratio made it an affordable yet comfortable choice. The daily cleaning service ensured our room stayed fresh and tidy throughout our stay. The staff were very helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and reliable, making it perfect for staying connected. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops like 7-Eleven and other essentials.
The only downside was that the bed could have been more comfortable. While the size was adequate, the mattress was just so-so.

We ride motocycle from Malaysia. The parking is on the same level with the hotel and under covered. Parking motocycle near to entrance and easy in and out.
Price reasonable, seven eleven, kai tod decha and halal restaurant just round the corner. In front of the hotel is halal cafe. Near to exit back to sadao.within 2km asean market, lew garden etc. Hotel do not provide breakfast. Water pressure, clean and room are great. Recommend for bikerz group

New hotel located statics nearby city, 8mins to Kim Yong Market.
Room huge, very clean, bed and pillow also quick nice, aircond cold, toilet shower strong and easy 1 pipe for tune cold and hot water, so far this hotel rain shower is stronger.
Can get nearby hotel restaurant voucher discount from hotel reception, they are partnership. Masaage, snack, drinks,
TV Channel also alot.
Covered Carpark limited.
Easy access to walking distance restaurant.
Definitely will book next trip.

The hotel looks all right, cleaning is not up to standard very dusty they don't clean under bed or table my child had a bad flu the next morning due to the dust. And just to ask for 1 extra pillow or towel they charge 100 to 200 extra please bring your own as theirs is not very clean still smelly.

Just checked out today. We paid 2 nights here. Everything is fine except maid service. The first day arrived, the maid knocked the door at 9 am for asking cleaning the room. We didn't hang the sign for cleaning a room meaning a guest still taking a rest and this is common sense! We were sleepy and opened a door to say ok, not cleaning room yet. After 5-7 mins, the maid knocked the door again to ask hanging the sign for cleaning. What? We tried to find the sign for her and she said "Be aware, if it lost it would be charged. And please hang the green." So, we had to hang the sign and woke up after she left.
The maid needs to be trained. All guests stay the hotel for relax, this is not a boarding school.

The hotel itself really good. Decorations make you feel like home. Waiting area is comfortable.
Staffs are friendly and helpful. I did asked for tuk tuk and they call for one. They're also kid friendly.
Room is big. Beds are comfortable. Toilet is clean. Everything is perfect for the room.
Dedicated parking by the hotel but I not sure if that is sufficient during high season.
Location is great for me. Not busy area and quiet place. Bit far from Lee Garden and you should have own transport.

No communication between staff at the reception.I have to repeat the same issue till departure Very Dissapointed.

very worthy and value for money.. half price compare to central hatyai with similar room.
just get tuk-tuk or grab car and the hotel staff is more than happy to help..
