Location is very good. Staff was really friendly. Cleaness is satisfied. Staying with my family (with 3 kids) was really convinient. Parking also very easy. Overall is a good experience.

The condition of the hotel is ok. We had a room with one queen bed, tv, bath tub and shower. However there is no iron provided by the hotel. You can bring your own iron or send your clothes to the laundry services for ironing.

Still in the city centre but not in the busy area. No problem to find parking lot. Security staff very excellent and kind. The moment i reached hotel its rainy. He came to my car and offer umbrella. Great stay here. p/s: tv channels also one of the best thing being offered here #recommended

Last minute plan, 7pm from perai penang, arrived at d hotel at 11.30pm no booking luckily we got d family room which has 2 queen but room is huge u can fit 10 adults easily. Basement parking is common, the street is full of halal hawkers but ask d price 1st. We got ripped off maggi tomyam for 300 baht.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping was superb as room was cleaned daily with fresh linen and towels. However mattresses were hard. The hotel is centrally located and is walking distance to shops and eateries. I need to add that the front office staff need to be more pleasant towards guests. Very arrogant and unfriendly.

The rooms are great, but I did not like the bathroom. It is not friendly user and dangerous for small children and old folks as they have to climb into the tub which is quit high and they only have attached wall shower head. You will get totally wet if you do not intend to wash your hair.

The room is quite comfortable. It's just the air conditioner is old and outdated and you're not just unable to adjust the temperature, but even worse you can't turn it off. Just a reminder that there is no hose pipe in the lobby toilet. So, yeah.. Just settle it down before exiting your room.

This is a simple hotel, but also very aged. Fortunately the rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. Just hope the owner(s) would make some effort to upgrade the place as it is definitely built on a very strategic location.

There are many shopping plazas and department stores around the hotel, and its own one. So sometimes you might feel chaos. Rooms are almost have a good view, its prefer on high floors.

Conveniently located in the center of Hat Yai city where all major shopping and eating places are within easy walking distances. The hotel itself is a decent 3-star hotel which is clean reasonably priced. There are no other facilities except for conference rooms on the second floor and a rather large restaurant on the ground floor. It is just a minimalist hotel which is good for an overnight stay.

I am at room 306. There are migrate birds cross the street on the trees. They make supernoise until 11 PM. You will also hear the traffic on the road. The other things are perfect including pillows and hospitality.

The hotel is situated between walking distance to Central. However, I wish there was more parking space for a motorcycle.

Booked a room for 4 people (1 queen & 1 bunk bed) - RM223 or 1,800 bhat for 2 nights. Room is wide enough to store luggage. Toilet clean. Overall experience was good. Even though the hotel is not new hotel, the service was good, the staffs were helpful, with basic Malay and English. Stayed here after the re- opening of the border in July 2022. This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. How things were and present condition is rather sad. Rooms are not in good condition. Poor maintenance. I guess they still need alot more time to recover. Hope they will survive.

It is close to Lee Gardens hotel where the street is closed for night market in weekends and major public holidays like the new year and the water festival - Songkran. Second time staying here, because the stay has a pool that is best for kids.. it is also best for adults, you know.. I highly recommend here, but the toilet in the room is not very comfortable because the bath is always stagnant.

The room isn't designed for a group of friends or colleagues. Luckily, I stayed alone since the shower and toilet were so open. I have experienced 2 types of rooms. The Classic grand provides you an iMac 🖥️ which is super luxurious.

They speak very few English and I booked a second night paying cash for 4 days after and they refuse to give me money back even if I will not sleep there as my flight plan changed.. never back here!!
