All are as per expected of a 4 star hotel. Best thing about this hotel is the location. Pretty strategic as it is located in what many tourist consider the center of all thing Hatyai.

The coffee house in the Regency is famous for its braise fish head kuey tiaw. Tasty food and good Thai hospitality. A must do when in Hatyai.

this is my regular hotel in hatyai,the royal/new wing is always a comfortable place to stay and being smack right in centre of the town is a real gem for easy access to the eating n shopping area of the city.the staffs are always pleasant and the rooms are well maintained as always.well done regency.

An old hotel situated a really strategic location. With the night market just 1 street away, you can get all the best food by walking. Either way, get a tuktuk to reach any place in Hatyai with the price of 20THB per person. Cleanliness was acceptable, but the lighting was a little dim at night. It was alright during the day as there was a huge window with a view of the town.

Standard hotel, there is club at down stair claims as best night club in Hatyai. But the music can be heard from hotel room if you face to the direction. Is hard for rest if you prefer quite environment.

Very comfortable bed. Location is good and central. It is easy to get around to the places of interest in Hatyai from here. The concierge staff Mr Charat was very kind and helpful. Please improve: The room tiles were not levelled with the carpet and we tripped.

Cheap Hotel with clean n cosy room in centralised location , near to Lee Garden n Kim Yong Market. The staff including front desk , bellhop and chambermaid are all very friendly. The room is a bit creepy due to being an old hotel.

We were here in a group of 34 persons and checked in late at almost 7pm. As we were travelling in a big bus, it was a difficult manoeuvre for the driver to enter the area as the entrance is quite small and there were cars parked outside the entrance. Last minute plan, 7pm from perai penang, arrived at d hotel at 11.30pm no booking luckily we got d family room which has 2 queen but room is huge u can fit 10 adults easily. Basement parking is common, the street is full of halal hawkers but ask d price 1st. We got ripped off maggi tomyam for 300 baht.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping was superb as room was cleaned daily with fresh linen and towels. However mattresses were hard. The hotel is centrally located and is walking distance to shops and eateries. I need to add that the front office staff need to be more pleasant towards guests. Very arrogant and unfriendly.

Friendly staff great location, same road as lee garden night market and 7-11. The rooms are so clean. Stayed for 2 nights and the price was worth the stay. They provide daily free/complimentary coffee and cakes as well.

We were assigned to the rooms located in the 7th floor which has no direct lift access. Our group has a few senior citizens so it's was not convenient for them to walk up to the stairs with luggage. Rooms condition are old and basic.

The rooms are great, but I did not like the bathroom. It is not friendly user and dangerous for small children and old folks as they have to climb into the tub which is quit high and they only have attached wall shower head. You will get totally wet if you do not intend to wash your hair.

The room is quite comfortable. It's just the air conditioner is old and outdated and you're not just unable to adjust the temperature, but even worse you can't turn it off. Just a reminder that there is no hose pipe in the lobby toilet. So, yeah.. Just settle it down before exiting your room.

This is a simple hotel, but also very aged. Fortunately the rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. Just hope the owner(s) would make some effort to upgrade the place as it is definitely built on a very strategic location.

There are many shopping plazas and department stores around the hotel, and its own one. So sometimes you might feel chaos. Rooms are almost have a good view, its prefer on high floors.
