The Habita Hatyai

Love the lush green forest exterior of the hotel. Check in process was smooth. No cash deposit needed. Room is spacious filled with basic amenities except iron. Cleanliness is acceptable. Rare enough to have Macbook in the room but funny enough it cannot be used as the wireless mouse has no battery 🤣 Staffs that I encountered were mostly friendly and nice. Limited parking spaces; first come first serve basis and park at your own risk. Location very strategic, reachable to most places.

The staff here were really nice and friendly, making sure to explain all you need to know before you check in. They even let me leave my stuff so that I can travel around Hat Yai.

There were free snacks of dried fruits and some soda. The architecture is also green, giving it a fresh vibe.

If you are avoiding a crowded hotel, this is the place for you as it only has limited rooms.

Note: I had to eat breakfast for two since I was alone. Lol

Had a great stay during my trip here. Very neat and nice room and hotel overall. Night also peaceful. Parking by roadside. Good to learn that Hatyai mark the corner divider red white that means you get ticket or clamp if park at corners or yellow line. Can park behind the hotel with door to enter hotel. Room provide umbrella but we lost one and they forgave us. So sorry, but we will return to stay.

Very nice boutique hotel with balcony. It's fairly new and everything works.
During my stay in March, in the evening its almost impossible to sit outdoor in the hotel compound. There was too many mosquitoes (I'm not sure if it's seasonal), my suspect is the monsoon drain behind the hotel. Do bring a repellent, specially if you are travelling with children.

Location is good, walking distance to eateries. Nearest 7-11, walking distance of 500meters.
Price wise, its a good deal.

The room isn't designed for a group of friends or colleagues. Luckily, I stayed alone since the shower and toilet were so open. I have experienced 2 types of rooms. The Classic grand provides you an iMac 🖥️ which is super luxurious.

First look at the building, well designed. Stayed in their Prime Deluxe Room for 3 nights approx $70 SGD per night.

Pros:

1) Big room, have living room and bedroom with TVs. Aircon is good very cold when we needed it as Hatyai is hot outside.

2) Staff very friendly, will assist to open door, or see you off when we going somewhere.

3) Sound proofing is decent 4/5. Just occasionally hear opening of doors but not a big issue.

Cons:

1) Personally for me the bed is a bit hard for my liking. Perhaps elderly would like it.

2) As from other reviews, there is mosquitos issue, first day/night was the worst but subsequent days not sure why it get lesser, perhaps during daily cleaning they did something.

3) Location is alright, 1st night tried walking back from lee garden approx 15min, will not recommend as it’s quite dark and quiet at night, best just to take grab and it’s affordable. No 7-11 nearby.

Overall a decent stay, rooms are clean in general.

The rooms was amazing, more to couple vacation . Not really suitable for a group of friends as the toilet was half design .
The people was friendly also the food was good enough

For the car , you can just park along the roadside or behind the hotel

Beautiful hotel, nice and clean. The location isn’t really good you have to walk around 10 mins for nearest 7-eleven.

My toilet room has some smell. Other than that all good.
