The Habita Hatyai Mini-hotel

Always happy to come back here, this is our fav hotel in hatyai

Spent one night with my family during the peak holiday weekend. The moment we reached Habita we were warm welcome by the staff. The room is clean and spacious. Aircond is cold. Room is refresh with citrus smell. Will definitely return and stay with Habita again.

Hotel located at a convenient spot, 10 min walking distance to Lee garden/kim Yong market area. Room is cozy, clean and spacious, comes with Complimentary mini bar where you can eat all the snacks and drinks. Before we arrive in hatyai, we touched base with the hotel to arrange for driver to fetch us to the KTM station - they were so helpful and recommended a few drivers for us so that we have more options. Upon arrival, my dad’s room tv was broken and we requested to change his room. They were kind enough to upgrade his room to a bigger one. I was not feeling well the second night and they even offered us medicine. The service in this hotel is top notch, staff is super friendly and helpful, accommodate all requests we have. would definitely stay back this hotel again.

Nice hotel that comes with a great service. Was greeted by one of the staff right at the entrance of the hotel and was assisted with the luggage. Welcome drinks were provided and the check in process was fast and smooth. Recommended if you’re looking for a nice and quiet place to stay.

A cosy and quaint hotel with a nice resort feeling. Location is not far to Lee Gardens and other attractions as well.
Service of the staff is excellent and comes with a small cafe and a restaurant with even a library nested in it.
Downside, hotel should provide bedroom slippers for all guests and the aircon fan coil should be cleaned up more regularly.

I recently stayed at The Habita Hotel Hatyai, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor setbacks.

Location: The hotel is in a great spot, centrally located and close to many attractions and dining options. It’s perfect for exploring Hatyai.

Staff: The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Room: The room was modern and comfortable, but there were a few areas for improvement. Unfortunately, there was no safety box or iron and ironing board, which might be inconvenient for longer stays or business travelers. The bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell, which seemed to come from the toilet area.

Amenities: While the room lacked a designated luggage compartment area, the living room was well-equipped with an iMac for guests to use, which was a nice touch. Shampoo was provided, and the minibar items were complimentary, which was a pleasant surprise.

Final Thoughts: Despite the few shortfalls in terms of amenities, the overall experience at The Habita was great. The location, friendly staff, and thoughtful additions like the iMac and complimentary minibar make it worth considering for a stay in Hatyai. Just a little attention to the room’s missing items and minor maintenance issues would make it even better.
