Cleanliness: The room was dirty, with mold on the ceiling and bedsheets that had a smelly, yellowish stain.
Soundproofing: Poor
Other: Required to pay for extra pillow

I recently stayed at Hi Season Hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. Here are the key issues we encountered:

1. Unpleasant Reception Experience: Upon arrival, we were greeted by a receptionist who was rude, unfriendly, and showed no warmth. When we politely asked if it was possible to check in a little earlier, she seemed annoyed, didn’t make eye contact, and barely acknowledged our question. Her attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, which set a poor tone for our stay.

2. Noisy Environment: Throughout the stay, the hotel was quite noisy, especially with sounds from people dragging luggage from the floors above. It was hard to rest with the constant noise.

3. Scary Incident in the Middle of the Night: The most disturbing part of our stay happened at 3:45 AM when someone attempted to open our room door. We were terrified and only managed to keep the door closed thanks to the manual chain lock. This left us feeling unsafe, especially as we realized that anyone with a card key might have been able to access our room by mistake or otherwise. The hotel’s security in this regard feels lacking and made us very uneasy.

After this incident, we couldn’t sleep and decided to check out early, as we did not feel comfortable staying another night. Overall, this experience was alarming and disappointing, and I hope the hotel management will address these concerns—especially around security and staff hospitality—to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.

I ask to change room, they said fully occupied.
I ask to clean, they said cleaner went back
I ask to change Hotel, they dont allowed!

i certainly WONT recomend for the tourist coming in soon. I went there from 21/09/24- 25/09/24. I came with a group a friend and family. its not a walking distance to the centre. You would need a maxim to get around. BUT my biggest complaint that i feel you guys need to improve is the receptionist customer service. there is one lady in particular, when we check in 21/09/24 at the counter(almost 2 oclock, please check the timetable and find out what is her name) did not even look up dont even say anything we just stood there for few minutes and dont bother until we say we want to check in. Her tone was not welcoming at all and im not being picky but as someone who work in hospitality and came all the way from new zealand to bring my family and friends in hatyai, i feel you guys need to train the staff how to accomadate the customer. Apart from that, the room service was good. the cleaner is very polite.
