Z Sleep Hotel

Great hotel just beside famous central festival shopping complex and so convenient. Room clean and toilet clean but only setback is every hotel room provide with coffee and tea, sugar and creamer for their customers but the only hotel I've either local and overseas not providing this. What the reason for this? Parking wise well provided either with roof and non and also they has provided 2 electric charging EV.

14th September 2024 - My friend found me this hotel as most of the hotels in Hat Yai were fully booked due to a long holiday. After checking. I'm satisfied with the room and the location. The hotel is situated between walking distance to Central. However, I wish there was more parking space for a motorcycle.

Affordable, super clean, and comfy, getting all A’s in every aspects, at least to me. Unless you’re only attracted to loud noises and throngs of tourists, then this hotel offers the best of both worlds, where you can escape the hectic traffic of the downtown area, yet still have some of the shopping experiences nearby. Great location, and great prices! Kudos to the hotel management for such excellent service and hospitality!
I was there recently on June 10th & 11th 2024.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is relaxing music and good-looking decorations in the lobby. No difficulties when speaking english to the counter clerk. The hotel is near a shopping centre, Central Hatyai where you can just walk there in 3 minutes.

Hotel has limited car park. However we did have a vacant spot when we checked in.

Rooms are clean, however the size is small and feels crowded.

Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Location is good, situated next to the Central Festival Mall.

I first time stay at this hotel ,it very near Central Festival shopping centre . Only need walk few minute . The hotel room very clean and feel so comfortable and the pillow there so soft, I like to hug and sleep. The price is very fair . The shower Gel and shampoo nice to use . So diffrent then other hotel at Malaysia . For me ,next time I also like to stay this hotel 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Overall experience Is good and satisfying.
There is definitely a style…
Better to choose a room with mountain view or on side not on the main road as it can be noisy…
Bed is comfy, clean linen as well good basics of amenities, a bit too much plastic as water bottles, shampoo and shower gel tubes… kettle provided but no proper mugs, spoons as well any coffee or tea…
No safe in the room too.
Water at the shower not very strong as well not that hot…
TV was functioning but a kind of complicated to use.
Perfect wifi…
Team is quite friendly and do their best to help when you ask for…
There is a check-in deposit of 1.000 THB at check-in
