Really loved staying here. Great spot for backpackers - has more of a hostel feel. Balcony rooms are very big, comfortable bed and everything you need. Staff is very nice - they made sure we had everything we needed. We had our laundry done as well and it was great. Pool is nice and restaurant on site is AMAZING. The women who work there are so kind and sweet. We really enjoyed it and would return!

This is an excellent place for the price. Rooms are sufficient for the common traveler. More like a hostel vibe. Great friendly owner and staff. Food is absolutely amazing. They provide laundry service, have a nice pool, and beautiful view of sunset.

I stayed here for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are very clean, the location is excellent, and the owner is amazing—he takes care of everything you could possibly need. The restaurant is outstanding, and you could easily spend your whole stay here without even leaving the hotel. Highly recommended!

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice, friendly and super fast answering.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
The shower was pleasant and you could change the stream of the water according to your preference (strong or soft).
You can walk to the near bar, restaurants on the beach and the known Alcove is just a few steps (5min walk).
I suggest to travel with a scooter on the island in order to reach each desired place.
From here you can take any direction you want and are between the harbor and the most popular places.
The room was spacious and comfortable.

The best stay in Koh Phangan! Walking distance to everything yet quite, beautiful sunset views, Ford and the staff are amazing, rooms are clean, the bed is so comfortable, water pressure is great, pool outside is clean 😀, really all you can ask for and more

I would not recommend this hotel. You just simply don't get the value for your money.
Although the staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel rooms and facilities are low-grade and uncomfortable. We had insects in our room, the shower stream was weak and overall we expected that the high price would provide a luxurious hotel.
Also it is important to mention, the location is very bad as well. There is almost nothing in walking distance, not even a close 7/11, and the taxi prices are very high on the island so if you don't have a bike it would be a great nuisance.

Great stay!
We enjoyed our stay here. Great hosts who were very helpful and welcoming and always answered our questions. Rented bikes from them which were great! Good size room which was clean. Location abit out but no problem with bike- nice quiet area with beach in front. Thank you

The location is perfect and the sunset is incredible. The breakfast was delicious. You have the option of renting a motorbike in the same hotel, the staff is extremely nice, they are very good people, the last day they packed breakfast for us, since we were leaving early.
