A Villa Hotel

My stay was marked by several negative experiences, which I would like to explain in more detail here.

1. I booked a room with a sea view and terrace on Booking.com (see photo), but I was given a different room.

2. I noticed the inattentive staff on the first morning. After the first night, I pointed out a dripping faucet and a loud air conditioning unit. But nothing was done to fix these problems. It's simply frustrating when you're looking for relaxation after a long day and are instead disturbed by annoying noises all evening.

3. I was also disappointed with breakfast. For an extra 150฿, you are offered a choice of 3 possible breakfasts, which are supposed to be available until 10 am (booking until 10.30 am). However, when I arrived at around 9 am, the staff said that everything was already gone. A careless American breakfast was quickly prepared - for the price I can get a better breakfast outside!

In addition, the hotel is extremely noisy, I could hear every noise from the neighboring rooms! Be it peeing, showering or conversations, even more intimate moments didn't go unnoticed. This lack of privacy significantly affected my stay.

Overall, the A Villa Huahin Hotel was more show than substance. Despite its potential, it failed in many areas and I therefore cannot recommend it. For relaxing days, there are certainly better alternatives in the area

This hotel is totally fraud, the service is terrible. My daughter accidentally broke a bottle of water glass in the room. I asked the lady come to help us to clean. She is not clean very well at all. Tons of glass pieces still in the room. I need to clean again. Crazy thing for me is when we checked out they asked me to pay the broke glass which is for free to the customer. The bedding was super old and not very clean. They will charge you for everything there. I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I will never come back and wish no body had same experience with me. DO NOT STAY HERE. can be ruin your entire vacation time in Hua hin.

They took my deposit of 400 for 2 old towels with minor stains.

Also tried to charge me for cleaning up broken glass when our baby broke our glass water bottle. Beware this hotel, they are not reputable, have terrible service, and also have ammenities listed such as hot tub and bicycles that are not available. Small rooms and location is terrible!

We've order the family room and got a room with NO windows. They've concealed it in the info on booking.com as well as in the hotels website. It was very claustrophobia for us and the stay was very unpleasant we left at the same day. Manager refuse to understand and acknowledge their mistake.. in addition, and again in contrary to the room details there is NO PATIO and NO COFFEE machine.
