Pros: Friendly staff, delicious breakfast and beach restaurant, private beach, cute pool, convenient free shuttle bus, beautiful traditional Thai style rooms, reasonable price. Cons: Old, not too bothersome but occasionally you can hear the sound of condo construction on the next site.

Absolutely stunning hotel resort with exemplar staff and service. A traditional Thai hotel with teak floors, mature gardens and stunning pool - and beachside too! Heaven 😎 The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment so SOME parts are a little tired (Covid devastated the tourist industry) but don’t let this put you off. It’s a truly wonderful hotel and well worth a visit.

I have impressed this resort , be it service , room , swimming pool or location that enclose the beach. The resort upgrade room type for us, it's surprising and be a good deal. Customer service were kind and good service mind. And they wear traditional Thai suit. For breakfast, I like a seasonal fruit, mangosteen and traditional Thai desert.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and service minded staff. Good food at the restaurants. Well kept gardens. Every room is named after a Thai province or town, and has artwork from that province. The atmosphere here is much nicer than more modern hotels. We will be back!

It's an old hotel. The room was okay. The bed was hard, and the airconditon control didn't work, and the temperature was too cold. It's either you were freezing(if you turn it on or sweating) or turn it off and deal with hot room. A decent hotel with staff trying hard. The hotel needs a bit of TLC but it is still okay for a few days break. It is on a quiet soi (78) next to it's noisy neighbour, soi80. My room had a good view towards the new railway station and the hills beyond.

I would have to say i found the Cleaning staff are lazy they do the bare minimum you have to ask them to do what other places do everyday , pool on the roof looks nothing like the photos I was quite disappointed with it to be honest I expected more. Not the best out there but definitely a good place to visit if you are on a budget. Staffs are helpful and friendly sad when we visit the pool is under maintenance. But if you're in Hua Hin why swim in the pool if you have a wonderful beach to spend you're time with and besides we didn't spend most of our time in the place as we were mostly outside visiting tourists attractions. The Standard is good because of the location on the beach and pool area. Everything else could be better.

I went there with my sister. It was very nice to stay. They have a yoga class in the morning and nice pool. Also the beach is right next to it. Room was so clean and they have a dehumidifier. It helped a lot.

What a nice and fresh design allover this resort. Clean and well maintained with lots of green space as well. my vacation is better when i get to stay here. The room is really nice and cozy with big bathroom. Atmosphere is the best, shady and pleasant. A clean and well maintained hotel at reasonable prices. There is a nice pool with an outdoor seating area. There is parking in front but nothing covered. The rooms are decent sized and well furnished. The location is near shops, restaurants and entertainment. It is close to the railroad tracks which can be a bit noisy.

Lovely small inexpensive hotel in center of town and tucked nicely in small soi. Rooms are pleasant but basic. Main lobby nice and simply decorated. There is a big restaurant near the pool. Railway nearby so be prepared to be occasionally disturbed.

This is a perfect little hotel, if you set your expectations right! Relatively small room, small pool, old(ish) building, constant breakfast selection...
