Overall not very good experience.

Pros: location, spacious and clean room, cute little dog downstairs.

Cons: water stopped working 2 times when i was taking a shower. Aircon stops working repeatedly at night time, and when it stops working it starts beeping, so it will make you awake 100%.

Here’s what it looks like: at the evening you go to take shower, put shower gel on your skin or shampoo on your hair. The water just stops going.

So you have to somehow go downstairs and ask to fix it.

The staff is not there all the time and they do not speak English.

So when i told them that i don’t have water (in my poor thai language) she told me that i do have water 2 bottles 😂 Misunderstanding of course.

After you finish shower (if you are lucky enough) you go to sleep.

After an hour or two the aircon will shut down by itself and start beeping. You wake up.

So overall the experience is funny if you have a good sense of humor.

But if you value your sleep and good showers probably better to consider another place.

Nice large clean room very nice people running it, just around the corner from nung Kae station
