The hotel has 134 rooms. Rooms overlooking the garden, sea and pool.

Consists of one 3-storey buildings, one 7-storey and four 4-storey buildings and the complex of 2-storey buildings.
Beach: public sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel. The first coastal line. Parasols and sun loungers.

good old hotel, the facilities are good but not the latest one.
staff around the pool area were really nice, but not at the front office one where the guy who supposed to show me the room walk so fast and didnt even care to wait for me, let alone helping with the luggage.
otherwise it's such a good place with a great location to spend the holiday with family without spending a lot of money.

From my experience, I would like to shout out to Ms. Piyamas, she was working in the breakfast room and shout out to the staff that work at the pool they are do good job of service to the customer an very take good care of customer and the staff cleaning the room they do very good job of services to the customer. except the reception desk needs a lot of customer services training.

My friends and relatives have been going there for many years, the place is comfortable, rooms are clean. Don’t expect 5 star rooms but they’re definitely good enough. It’s close to the 2 main food markets In the area, about 10 mins walk. It’s right on the beach as well.

Had a great stay here! The highlight was the pool, although our "pool view" room overlooked an empty pool that looked like the start of a horror movie, but the pool on the other side had a great view of the ocean and was so relaxing. The room was beautiful and bed comfy. The area seems to be a bit out of the tourist area, but was a quick grab ride or tuk tuk ride away with great markets within walking distance over weekends. One minor complaint was getting the room cleaned.. sometimes at 3:40 pm the room is still unattended even tho we asked multiple times. Worth noting that the average age of people here a little older

The hotel is located about ten-minute drive from the town center. The two renowned weekend markets, namely Cicada and Tamarind, are within walking distance, offering plenty of food and shopping opportunities.
The duplex rooms are spacious enough, though not particularly luxurious. The facilities, especially the TVs, are mediocre; they are not smart TVs, which means you cannot enjoy Netflix or any streaming on them.
The staff may not be as helpful and friendly. However, considering the prices, it's worth your money.

Very rude and incompetent front desk. Hung up the phone before I could finish speaking. Told me there is no drinking water in the hotel when I went over to request or buy drinking water. Hot water is not working in the shower. The lists goes on.

Expected more than this. Rooms are quite old and some rooms are alittle bit far from beach. With this same price, can have a better room with closer to the sea.

It is a bit hidden hotel (we stayed in the main building =no sea view!) but 5mins walk from the beach and one swimming pool in house (under renovation in June 2023), and other just next to the beach where is also massage place as well as serving the food.
When we arrived, ok English speaking staff welcome us, there is a lift up to all floors.
Room was clean, obviously used for years, but ok. TV has also EN programs, included one movie channel, no EN news except the RT and NHK.
What was unpleasant was having only one hand towel for a couple. As well as the bathtub has no handlers and shower in the bathtub was mounted very high. American
Breakfast cost 250THB, no extra rich but ok.
Overall we can recommend for a well priced (online booking discount) accommodation VERY closed to Cicada and Tamarind markets (open only on weekends. The beach is nearby, sea is very shallow so really good for families.

We (with my wife) stayed here for two nights. Easily accessible from Hua Hin railway station if you are planning to take a train from Bangkok. The staff were really helpful in each and everything.
The beach is just 300 metres away and they have a nice pool and a bar near the beach side.
We took their buffet breakfast as well at a relatively cheaper rate. The place is old, but it has the charm.
The staff arranged us a motorcycle as well upon request.
Will always refer my friends to stay here.
