Noisy, uncomfortable, dirty, cold water, and cockroaches. i have been travelling around Thailand for 2 years. The worst hotel so far. many better in Hua hin.

Cheerful, clean, convenient and comfortable all at a very reasonable cost. Great location to access the restaurants, nite markets and visitor sites in town. A short walk to one of the main shopping streets. The beach is less tgan 1km away. Stayed for a couple of nites as goof trip to Hua Hin and very helpful staff. The only down side being the hotel entrance located off a narriw oane with no immefiate parking so if you are sekf drivung this will be an issue for you.

It's an old hotel. The room was okay. The bed was hard, and the airconditon control didn't work, and the temperature was too cold. It's either you were freezing(if you turn it on or sweating) or turn it off and deal with hot room. Also, if you open the door, you will make your room cooler without the airconditon, but you had to deal with the mosquitos!
The hotel has an elevator and a swimming pool, which needs maintenance.
The rate was with breakfast, but it's cold and just veggies. You can ask for an omelet if you want. For the price, it's okay.
The location was good, though. Close to night market and walking street.

A decent hotel with staff trying hard.
The hotel needs a bit of TLC but it is still okay for a few days break.
It is on a quiet soi (78) next to it's noisy neighbour, soi80.
My room had a good view towards the new railway station and the hills beyond.

I would have to say i found the Cleaning staff are lazy they do the bare minimum you have to ask them to do what other places do everyday , pool on the roof looks nothing like the photos I was quite disappointed with it to be honest I expected more. The location is great close to everything , the room was ok.

- They play fake bird noises 24/7 in the gardens below the room! I couldn't have the window open because it was so annoying. Not relaxing, turn it off so we can hear the actual birds / peace and quiet. Room had a mouldy damp smell when I arrived and the sheets, pillow were damp to the touch. Took a day or so of airing out the place to get rid.

The unhelpful receptionist, after I woke her up, told me to put my bicycle outside in this area, see photo, unsecured next to the street.

Very dated hotel which might have been decent 20 years ago. When we went they were rebuilding the car park so we had to park.right down the road which I was not pleased about at all. Rooms not bad, but again, very dated.
Rooftop swimming pool with nice views all around but the actual pool was heavily chlorinated and old. I still went for a swim though.
Overall this place should have been half the price it was. Won't stay again.
