My wife almost die when lift suddenly close the door before we went in and start go down. She had to jump out. After that lift out of order. And all we got IS a sorry.
No toiletries and toilet parper the worst i have ever seen.
The pool what in the pica seems to be a kind of waterfall now there are 2 plastic pipes.
Bed extremely hard
Room furniture extremely basic.
Could have better score if IS not coz my wife could be death. Anyway not better than 3. The best was the location and price.

Great hotel in a really good location.Rooms were nice and bright with comfortable beds. The staff were really friendly and helpful . Nice pool area with sunbeds . Great value for money.

The best thing about this hotel is the location and then the pool. It is within easy walking distance to everything.
I had problems with my door not locking.
And problems with the powerbox and key card.
And problems with the aircon.
Front desk is not as hospitable as I have experienced in Thailand.
And there are no kettles in the room.

Great little hotel , tucked away in a Soi away from the noise. 4 min walk from beach. 7/11 and Amazon cafe across the street.
Aircon modern. Some rooms have balconies on second floor. Shower good. Friendly service.
Serviced laundry 2 min walk away.
Hilton hotel about 3 min taxi ride away.
Well priced.
Has a small pool.

An excellent Thai hotel on a bustling street with many nice reasonably priced Thai restaurants and bars.
It’s a four star in my books. It’s very clean, quiet, has a nice pool The staff are consistently wonderful. A beautiful virtually empty white sand beach is a five minute walk from the hotel.

Was doing a road trip from Bangkok to Phuket so we had to stop for a night in Hua Hin. Great location, not so far from the night market; so great value for money. It has everything one needs for a short stay. Staff were friendly. They also have a pool that you can dip into.

Lovely big room with a balcony. The whole hotel was very clean. Staff friendly and really helpful. Beautiful pool area considering it's in a city. Beach only a 2 minute walk and plenty of eating places nearby. We walked to the night Market in about 15 mins. Cicada and Tamarind Markets also well worth a visit but take the green public transport van. Would stay again.

Very helpful staff. Got me the most quiet room, checked the aircon quality, gave an air freshener (it didn't stink there at all, apparently just part of service) and forcefully changed one of the light bulbs saying "it must be fixed". Other hotels wouldn't care this far.. :)
