Best Western Premier Bayphere Pattaya - SHA Extra Plus

Great price found on booking.com in the peak season.
We came here for a night during the weekend.
Not so bad for a weekend but personally we will not come back.
The room we stayed is facing the ocean, which is very nice. But the layout of the room is a bit weird… shower room has 2 doors but water can come out from any of them.
There’s very limited space to put luggage, perhaps only one spot in the closet.
Breakfast was not bad but nothing special.

The pool is quite small too, hardly to get sunbeds to chill during the day.

The highlight was the staff in the hotel are all superb. They’re very kind and helpful and welcoming.
Specially to the receptionist and staff in beach bar!

One remark is that the happy hour in the hotel isn’t in the beach bar… which is kinda disappointed but no harms at all.

Amazing Beachside Getaway with Top-Notch Service!

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and couldn’t have been more impressed. Its location right by the beach made it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, with easy access to the sand and sea just a short walk away. The service was outstanding—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The breakfast each morning was a highlight, offering a delicious variety of fresh options to start the day. From fresh fruits to warm pastries, everything was perfectly prepared and set up in a lovely dining area.

The real gem of the hotel is the rooftop pool! It offers stunning views of the surrounding area, and the serene atmosphere made it the ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring or lounging at the beach.

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beachside retreat with great service, fantastic food, and a luxurious pool experience!

Good hotel with a good location very close to the beach. The food of the restaurants located at the hotel is also good. The only downsides are the view from the room (no view as it’s just a few meters to an abandoned building) and the lack of good coffee at breakfast. There are three coffee machines of a very poor coffee at breakfast, and if you want to drink a normal quality coffee you need to buy it.

Bayphere Pattaya Hotel is a compact yet well-designed option for both business trips and vacations. The rooms feature spacious, comfortable bathrooms, though the bedrooms are slightly narrow. Although the room was a bit small, it was equipped with all the necessary amenities, and it was clean. The breakfast buffet was alright with good selection, but it was way too crowded at 9am. Service from the staff was mostly great accept no one would answer the phone after 9pm so don't even bother calling front desk after that time.

Lovely clean hotel, amazing staff. Beach out front, lovely restaurant near by called The Cave, best Thai food ever. Only bad thing is location, not many taxi drivers can find it and all the stray dogs roaming around. Have to get buggy everywhere. Bas who works there is lovely guy, lost my phone and went out after work to find it on my tracker on my watch. Amazing nice man.

Stayed at the Bayphere for 1 night. This hotel was very nice and had a great time. They have a rooftop pool, italian restaurant, bar, coffee shop and their private beach with a beach bar. Excellent staff and friendly service. The room rates are decent as well. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants some privacy. Good place to bring the kids and family as well.

The website and reviews make this appear a more substantial hotel. There is a second building in disrepair on one side which looks like it was connected. If you are unfortunate you could have a rather unpleasant view of this building. The location is beachfront. There is an area of semi- stagnant water with mangrove between the hotel and the sea, if you like that kind of thing. The roof top pool is very nice, but with around ten people it feels busy. Our package included an upgrade which the receptionist claimed on arrival was free, but had been paid for. We had also paid for additional meals that the reception desk seemed not to know about even though the offer came from the hotel website. Frankly, what we had as that extra today 'high tea', was only acceptable: a pot of tea and a few sandwiches and cakes. I'm hoping for improvement tomorrow.

Update after return home... The first night included two false fire alarms, one at 03:00. That meant my earlier comments were coloured by a disturbed sleep. At the same time, no comment was made about it except in conversation with a manager, who wasn't entirely sure what had happened in the middle of the night to cause the disturbance. Make of that what you will.

The breakfasts were good, plentiful buffet style with a wide choice, but a number of items on the bakery station were not replenished on the second day. Our package included a pizza and jug of beer on the second night, which was delicious, served in the Italian restaurant, and because my partner didn't drink alcohol a complimentary soft drink was offered, which was kind.

There were many Russian speakers at the hotel, and the entire area had many signs in Russian.

Overall, I would recommend the hotel as a 3 star, but not more, except for the food offerings, which were marginally better, although rather over priced.

Beautiful view on the rooftop with several jacuzzis mixed with an infinity pool style! It a breathtaking to watch the sunset on the rooftop. The standard room is quite small compared to the other 5-star hotels but is comfortable with full amenities. There is a small gym area on site.

The vibe and ambiance are perfect for solo, friend group, or couple! The hotel has a walking bridge about 2 minutes to the beach with its own beach seating area and food/bar.

I stay here a couple of times now, and will be back again in the future. I really enjoyed the place. It's next to the beach. Sunset is beautiful, a divine glow fills the sky, while the sea, the clouds and the horizon sparkle with purple red light. Words are not enough to describe what the senses feel. Staffs was very friendly and helpful even when I'm drunk returned from a bar at 03.00 am. totally forgot my card in the room but they're willing to help at the moment.
