Excellent sea view from the room, beautiful sunset, staff are nice, nice pool and beach But the facilities and the room are old, towels are old, the shuttle bus is horrible. time for some renewal and renovations

Location: 7/10 The hotel is about a 30-minute drive to the Pattaya walking street / Pattaya Central World. It is not recommended to stay here if you are looking for fun in the centre of Pattaya

The maintenance team responded very quickly when the TV could not connect to the internet, and they arrived within 10 minutes of the call. 5/10 The room size is quite spacious and looks new

The hotel itself is ok but be ready they put on very loud music by the swimming pool on weekends apprx from 2 pm on. So if you are after some quiet time, it is definitely your place

I booked superior room for three days and enjoyed the bath tub during our stay. My room had partial sea view but it was really beautiful. They also have sea view rooms at the front. I surely want to go back here

We stayed here for a few days and the hotel is very modern and chic. The facilities are nice (like the outdoor pool) and the restaurant on ground floor also serves good food. The room itself was clean and spacious

The pool outside is just above knee height for me. Good for taking pics instead of actual swimming.

Over the moon on rooftop, or Under the Sun on the courtyard by the beachfront ❎the glass door is not thick. We can hear the wind sound all night. And by the day time, we can feel the heat on the glass

There are 4 swimming pools (including 2 smaller kid pools). It's right by the beach, with some shaded areas. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large semi-outdoor bathroom. I would gladly come back again

Good location near 3 sailing clubs. On a negative note, they give you soap and shampoo in tiny bottles: thats a lot of plastic waste and very bad for the planet. Please switch to big refillable bottles!

The room I booked was overall clean, but running water from the shower, tap, and toilet bowl in the bathroom looked weak when turned on

it just went from hot to cold constantly trying to adjust it. Also the second morning there was no water at all shower, toilets , anywhere. The outside grounds look not manicured like the photos on the website

Unfortunately all the water pressure was so low that of was difficult to take a shower. It took me 20 minutes to just wash shampoo off my hair. No amenities except a shampoo and liquid body wash/soap

We enjoyed the villa the most, it's clean and fabulous. Room service also good. We ordered 4 Chesse pizza, Vongole, Minz pork and Basil, Padthai. The private pool and big baths are worth to pay.

Can't really find a place to be able to take a boat out drivable from Bangkok besides Ocean Marina, other options are really in the islands down the South of Thailand
