This is not a resort at all. At best it is a motel. Rooms are small and very hot. In the middle of nowhere and incredibly difficult to find. Staff is pleasant, but are only there from 8 am to 8 pm. The whole place shuts down at 8. When we were there, power was out for over an hour so had to sit in the dark. Our room overlooked a junkyard Oh and they charge you a cash deposit for the room key. Wouldn’t recommend

Nothing special , place very loud.
Breakfast cold and no tasty.
There is many more better hotels with lower price and better service.

Thank you very much The Castello Resort. 🙏 Helpful, kind personels delicious breakfast. Since we don't eat pork, they prepared chicken soup for us So, we felt so special. See you again. 😇

The resort is small but has a nice vibe. The room with 4 people was perfect fit, only super small bathroom and very dark inside. The staffs are friendly and polite. This place is nothing around but you can travel by the shuttle car for free from the resort. I suggest you to check the operate time first for the shuttle car.

It was good but hotel accepted family with kids but not the smallest thing kids did naughty in room like small scribble anywhere. Hotel staff said they are not house keeper and made us to rub or else we are asked to pay??
They shouldn't accept family with kids if they can't tolerate, SHOULDN'T PLAN with kids.
Made drama by staff while checking out and had ferry to catch at 1200 and let us leave hotel by 1203,while we asked can we catch ferry they said may be and we missed. Had to wait in scorching sun for TWO hours with two kids for another ferry and landed up taking speed which is rough and not safe.

Nice small Hotel.
But you can hear the noise of every room in your room.
Good breakfast, just need to wear mask inside all the time even you sit on your place, they don't know that covid has gone.

Location was ok but a bikes necessary to get about. Breakfast was great English Thai toast more than we could eat.

I love this place. Quirky, funky. Thought I was in Paris in the 1930s. The cappucino was the best I have ever had. I know cappucino. French Italian here. A must.

Room was neat and clean.
All Staff are helpful . They have shuttle bus facility.
Breakfast was very good with lot of variety. Allover hotel is very good.
If you can drive motor bike is great advantage they provide motor bike to explore island.

I could not fault this place. The staff are so friendly and the room is spotlessly clean. You get free breakfast in the morning that is absolutely delicious and to top it off you get free hire of a motorbike to explore the island. 5 stars or 10 out of 10. I know it's the same but you just have to stay here to know how good it is!
