Newly open hotel in Jomtien, Pattaya for calm, quiet & out of central or south city zone. Spacious but not convenience if you stay in the first building near lobby. Lots of stairs. Good for seminar

Amazing experience right from the start. Even though we checked in a bit later than expected, the staff handled everything professionally and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The interior decoration is beautiful and modern, creating a really relaxing atmosphere. The resort is equipped with all the amenities you could ask for, from a large swimming pool to a fully stocked gym.
The food at the resort was excellent, especially the breakfast, which had a wide variety to choose from. The staff provided fantastic service, showing great attention and care throughout our stay. Over the two nights we spent there, we felt no need to go anywhere else because everything we needed for comfort and entertainment was right there. It truly was a perfect getaway!

Amazing property and equally amazing service! The staff is well trained and go put of their way to make your stay comfortable. A special mention for Mr. Tong who works at the reception desk. He made sure our stay was comfortable and went out of his way to complete to our requests!

No welcome drink, no welcome gift or dessert for club Marriott. Check-in counter operates only 1 and 2 for check-out , quites long waiting time!

At 609 9 a.m the lady just said ห้องเต็ม เชิญขึ้นลิฟต์ไปข้างบนค่ะ no any help for finding some table for 5 of my family members. Food at upstairs quite upset , only fresh egg cooks and coffee is ok.

I have ordered for room service but beverage not arrived. Hope you can better improve for Marriott standard

Had an exceptional extended stay here. The staff were so accommodating to our large group going above and beyond any norms to take care of our needs. Shout out to "Zack" at the concierge desk and "Wine" at the lobby bar. These two staff members were there it seemed like everyday all day and were so personable it really felt like home. The hotel itself is extremely nice with Wonderful rooms and an amazing view from the infinity pool. The breakfast buffet is also quite good. Their French toast is a must try!

Thai hospitality is the best! We traveled from London and been missing our home very badly. Here makes us feel like home. Hotel is very well maintained and super clean. Food is great. Kid club is very convenient. Staff were very warm welcoming, generous and helpful. K. Johnnie provided an exceptional service. He goes beyond and does everything to make sure all guests are well and happy. You can find him every morning at the breakfast. It was such a wonderful experience for our summer break. We definitely come back and recommend to our friends. Thank you Renaissance. You’re super!

very spacious and well equipped family suite, situated next to the pool area and very close to the beach. the resort is beautiful and quiet and definitely an ideal for families with kids or elderly.

Good service & several choices for spa treatment. Room is modern & full facilities but I prefer therapist who does massage to make treatment soft & slow.
