The sea view room in the hotel is very good, the breakfast is also very delicious, and the private beach is a very pleasant place. Although there were some minor incidents during the check-in, they were all resolved perfectly. If you come to Pattaya for a vacation, Renaissance is the best choice

We had a wonderful holiday at Renaissance Pattaya, staying in the family room, which was perfect for our trip. The room was spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed. Our kids especially loved the bunk bed, which added a lot of fun to their stay. The interior décor of the hotel gave a warm and modern feel — very comfortable and inviting for families.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We visited during the Songkran festival, and the hotel went the extra mile by creating a special Funland zone for children. There were mini-go-karts, a bouncy castle, and even a large movie screen. This made the festive experience even more enjoyable for our kids. One small suggestion from them: adding a few more activity stations would make it even better!
The swimming pool was beautiful and well-maintained, though it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. For a family-oriented hotel, adding a few more water play features would be a great addition.
The restaurant served delicious food with a good variety — we were satisfied with the quality and service. Spa is also nice.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The hotel offers good value for money, and we left feeling fully recharged. Definitely recommended for families visiting Pattaya!

I really liked the views from the pools and lobby. Calm and quiet resort. Cheerful and cordial staff. They have a buggy service to rooms near the beach.
I cannot pick a favourite between the beach area, sitting area near the beach restaurant and both the pools to watch the sunset.
