Location: on the beach, 16 km from the centre of Pattaya, 140 km from the airport of Bangkok, in the southern part of Pattaya, on the beach Tabanan, in the area of Jomtien. Through the property passes a channel.
Consists of fifty 1-storey cottages and eight 1-2-storey villas.
Total area: 96 000 m2.
Just 58 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach on-site public beach in 20 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, towels – free of charge.

I love the tranquility and peacefulness of the resort.
It's old, and it has seen better days, with nature reclaiming some facilities. The style is old fashioned, in a charming way. You can explore the place and find beauty hidden in various corners. Whether it's a beautiful pond, a small waterfall or even the old, now closed down spa, which must have been pretty incredible in its time. There are 4 swimming pools (including 2 smaller kid pools). It's right by the beach, with some shaded areas.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large semi-outdoor bathroom.
I would gladly come back again.

this is the best pet-friendly and family trip i’ve ever been, this location full of big trees and breeze all day due to near the beach
There’re some stray dogs at the parking lot but there’re not disturb in the living area
Pretty quiet for family or couple, staff is pretty friendly. Food is good some are overpriced but acceptable

The hotel is 3 stars on Booking.com. Everything is old, very poorly maintained, many things are broken in the hotel, the hotel has not received any maintenance for many years. Sometimes there is no hot water, and it is expensive for the price I paid.

A fantastic resort for chilling out and relaxing. The food was excellent and huge portions which is always a plus. The villa huts/bungalow were great and clean, only the showers in need of updating otherwise great. The staff were fantastic, super friendly and polite. Two pools which would be good in high season. The only one negative I can think of was the bar closed to early. Having said this it won't stop me returning as we throughly enjoyed our stay.

I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great view and a clean pool and beach. The food and service in the hotel is perfect.
There were not too many people when I visited and the pool, beach, and restaurants were relaxing.
There are two pools right in front of the beach and they are large enough. They are well maintained and are great to swim in while enjoying the wonderful view.
We could not find any restaurants near the hotel, so it is very helpful that the restaurants in the hotel are very good and very reasonably priced.
The staff are all very friendly, kind and helpful.
The cottages are getting old and some are damaged, but the rooms are spacious and adequate for our needs. If you are looking for luxury or style, this may not be for you.
Overall, however, I think the hotel is worth staying at.

not the newest resort, but they have best scenery for sunset, services r good, nice staffs, not bad food
