Location: on the beach, 16 km from the centre of Pattaya, 140 km from the airport of Bangkok, in the southern part of Pattaya, on the beach Tabanan, in the area of Jomtien. Through the property passes a channel.
Consists of fifty 1-storey cottages and eight 1-2-storey villas.
Total area: 96 000 m2.
Just 58 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach on-site public beach in 20 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, towels – free of charge.

This is a great getaway from Bangkok and very easy to get to
Rooms and service is good the only issue I had is the the beach had trash, it would be nice to see them out each morning and evening just to pick up 🙏🏼

Really nice and cozy place, only if you like to be abit private….
I request topper for extra cushion to support the hip & flat pillow!

I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great view and a clean pool and beach. The food and service in the hotel is perfect.
There were not too many people when I visited and the pool, beach, and restaurants were relaxing.
There are two pools right in front of the beach and they are large enough. They are well maintained and are great to swim in while enjoying the wonderful view.
We could not find any restaurants near the hotel, so it is very helpful that the restaurants in the hotel are very good and very reasonably priced.
The staff are all very friendly, kind and helpful.
The cottages are getting old and some are damaged, but the rooms are spacious and adequate for our needs. If you are looking for luxury or style, this may not be for you.
Overall, however, I think the hotel is worth staying at.

The room look great with a nice decoration but a bit old so some room functions may not work properly. Hot water is not work as expected. The water is not clean. Maybe there is no water service around here so groud water is the only option. Taking a shower with a small roof maybe great if you do it in summer but not a good option when it rain outside. The bed has a smell and you can feel that it is not clean to sleep on.
Not a good experience for me here. Only one visit is okay. The place was nice but a better room maintenance may raise the quality and the satisfaction.
Dont stay here if there are a another options with mostly the same price.

Friendly staff and great service. Good location right next to the beach and it has two swimming pools. The rooms we stay were nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. I'm not very keen on open roof shower room though! Beware of mosquito don't leave the door open!
Various choices of breakfast which I prefer a bit more Thai/Asian food (well I'm not coming to Thailand to have full English breakfast lol).
Be careful if you go in the sea in front of the resort, I found sharp coral sand underneath which hurt my feet!!

Amazing location, very green and peaceful. The barman is extremely friendly and helpful, congratulations! The menu is varied and caters to every taste. Some additional vegan options would be nice. The other staff is also very friendly, even though some are not proficient in English. Unfortunately the rooms sold for four persons have only one bedroom and not always a second bed. The cabins are clean but a bit run down, though still on the charming side. The view and the sunsets are fantastic!

Service is good especially the front receptionist and driver and good food however it is a bit old and the air con is a bit old
