U Pattaya

We recently stayed at U Pattaya for a couple of nights, and it was an unforgettable experience! The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the egg station, which offered fresh and delicious options. The view of the sea was stunning, and watching the breathtaking sunsets was truly magical. The staff were always helpful and greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel incredibly welcome (especially BB). Our room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable, high-quality bed. We also loved the nice jacuzzi, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a serene and luxurious getaway

We stayed three nights at U Pattaya and it was the perfect stay for us. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, and even though we didn’t take advantage of it, the all-day breakfast option was a great perk we’ll have to take advantage of next time! The staff were very polite, and the resort was very peaceful. Close enough to the village but far enough away from the noise of the city. Highly recommend!

The time here was unbelievably beautiful! Everyone here is super friendly and warm and always tries to help you with everything. A BIG compliment goes to Kan!!! She is an incredibly sweet and warm lady. She put a smile on our faces every day. She has a beautiful heart. Simply great! - much Love

I’ve felt so welcomed during my stay here; everyone is incredibly friendly. I accidentally left my wallet in the safe, and the staff kindly returned it to me right away. A special shoutout to Karn at the restaurant—she's just wonderful, always so helpful and warm. I can't recommend this place enough! This is my second visit, and I’m just as impressed. Every type of room is gorgeous, especially the beachfront pool villa, which offers such a serene atmosphere. It’s so tranquil here, and you can truly unwind without feeling crowded.

Very beautiful hotel, great location, and good service. There are just a few points that I believe can be improved:

- I asked the concierge if valet parking was available, and he said yes, but then asked me to park my own car. This was totally fine, but I was a bit confused about whether valet service was actually available or not.

- I requested preferred room amenities a day before check-in, such as soap, tea, and pillows. During check-in, a front desk staff member asked me about the soap and then handed it to me after showing me to my room. This was also fine, but I was a bit surprised, as I’ve never been handed soap directly before. 😂

- I just found out upon check-in that for 24-hour room use, I need to request it 3-7 days prior to check-in. I made this reservation a month in advance, but the reservation staff didn’t inform me of this. However, it’s fine this time as we need to leave the hotel before 2 pm the next day anyway.

Overall I had a really great stay. Thank you so much for the birthday setup. Definitely coming back 😊

It is a lovely hotel with super-friendly staff. We booked this place to spend a few days before heading to Bangkok. The place is tranquil, and there is a private beach in front of the hotel. The staff were amiable and accommodating. We felt very welcome every day. We stayed in a small cottage, which was very lovely, with a bathtub and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was terrific, and the view from the hotel was very nice. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend it to people who want to be away from the busy city and have a relaxing time. We found a local restaurant around the hotel, and Grab taxi was always available. Highly recommend!

This hotel is an oasis hidden from the hustle and crowds of Pattaya. Very unique and cozy we often felt like the only ones staying there even though it was pretty much full. Wonderful staff especially Mai in the restaurant and others working the bar drinks late each night. Perfect ocean views from the pool and dining room. Really cool rustic bungalows. Bangsarey beach is always my go to place to chill with my feet in the sand. I absolutely LOVE this hotel and will be back again for sure. ❤️🌴🇹🇭

Very nice, beautifully decorated interiors and comfortable stay. Pool water is clean and warm. Had dinner and Food was also good! Shower pressure is good and hot water is very hot and comes on fast! Near seafood restaurants. Overall a very nice stay near the beach and would definitely recommend.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel that beautifully hosted the wedding of my dad and his partner. The hotel itself is stunning, the rooms are kept pristine and the gardens well maintained and simply beautiful. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, smiley and truly go above and beyond. Whether it’s a morning greeting or bringing over a fan while you enjoy a drink, the staff really did make our experience at U Pattaya one we won’t forget. Not to mention the food was absolutely delicious. By far the best place my partner and I have stayed, we look forward to staying again!

Wonderful service & great view!
The reception was open till very late but were also very nice, despite that when I called them it was pretty late already.
The food (breakfast) was great. Won't say there were a lot of options, but the dishes all were in their best quality - fruits and salad options were fresh and the other food were warm and tasty. The free food we could order (pancake, egg benedict, waffle, etc.) were warm and delicious as well.
In general, the service went beyond 5 star! Thank you for making our trip memorable :)
