Consists of one main 3-storey buildings and complex 1-storey villas.

Beach: a private area and a public sandy beach in 100 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, chairs, towels: free of charge.
When you arrive at the hotel charges a Deposit of 1 000THB/ per the whole stay.

It is a lovely hotel with super-friendly staff. We booked this place to spend a few days before heading to Bangkok. The place is tranquil, and there is a private beach in front of the hotel. The staff were amiable and accommodating. We felt very welcome every day. We stayed in a small cottage, which was very lovely, with a bathtub and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was terrific, and the view from the hotel was very nice. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend it to people who want to be away from the busy city and have a relaxing time. We found a local restaurant around the hotel, and Grab taxi was always available. Highly recommend!

This hotel is an oasis hidden from the hustle and crowds of Pattaya. Very unique and cozy we often felt like the only ones staying there even though it was pretty much full. Wonderful staff especially Mai in the restaurant and others working the bar drinks late each night. Perfect ocean views from the pool and dining room. Really cool rustic bungalows. Bangsarey beach is always my go to place to chill with my feet in the sand. I absolutely LOVE this hotel and will be back again for sure. ❤️🌴🇹🇭

Very nice, beautifully decorated interiors and comfortable stay. Pool water is clean and warm. Had dinner and Food was also good! Shower pressure is good and hot water is very hot and comes on fast! Near seafood restaurants. Overall a very nice stay near the beach and would definitely recommend.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel that beautifully hosted the wedding of my dad and his partner. The hotel itself is stunning, the rooms are kept pristine and the gardens well maintained and simply beautiful. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, smiley and truly go above and beyond. Whether it’s a morning greeting or bringing over a fan while you enjoy a drink, the staff really did make our experience at U Pattaya one we won’t forget. Not to mention the food was absolutely delicious. By far the best place my partner and I have stayed, we look forward to staying again!

The reception was open till very late but were also very nice, despite that when I called them it was pretty late already.
The food (breakfast) was great. Won't say there were a lot of options, but the dishes all were in their best quality - fruits and salad options were fresh and the other food were warm and tasty. The free food we could order (pancake, egg benedict, waffle, etc.) were warm and delicious as well.
In general, the service went beyond 5 star! Thank you for making our trip memorable :)

Good location and nice atmosphere. We traveled as a family, booked 2 rooms: superior garden and deluxe sea view. We arrived early and staff helped to get the room ready around 11am. Deluxe sea view, room is large with all basic room amenities, however the air con is very noisy and really disturbed us all night, we tried to get hotel techinician fixed but noise was still there. I think due to rooms are always fully booked so hotel did not have time to fix it. While another room, superior garden view, water drain did not work well, just few minutes shower, its already flooded.
Other than rooms had some problem, breakfast is very good, variety of choices: Thai, Western, Chinese and taste all good.
Pool is large with very nice view. Staff is attentive with good service mind. We dined in both days we stayed. Thai food is very tasty, my parents really enjoyed this. And food price is reasonable comparing to restaurant outside.
I hope quality of rooms could be improved.

What a great hotel! We stayed in the main hotel on 3rd floor, room 129 & it was wonderful! The room layout, the view, the balcony tub, the bathroom- all were great. We really had no complaints. The staff is so kind & always helpful. The breakfast was yummy & the restaurant for lunch & dinner was delicious!! Our favorite was the red curry pasta with soft shell crab. It is a ways away from the main downtown of Pattaya but we liked that. We did take a 30 minute taxi ride downtown for one of our days to see that and we’re glad we did but it also made us like the U Pattaya location that much more.

Nice view, high quality seafood, good service.
At first, room has no hot water and I express the problem to the room services.
Next day, when I have dinner at hotel. Staff Ben come to communicate with me and concern my issue. Ben is Professional and friendly. He helps us to update the room and sure that hot water must have. Moreover, he provides discount to our dinner.

The hotel, the beach, the service was excellent, location is slightly away from the main city- so if you are looking for a aloof place it is perfect for you, I would have preferred something closer to main city area. Their hospitality was top class.
Other points to note:
They give any 1 drink per person per stay ( not per night) complimentary from their mini bar, tea n filter coffee and unlimited in house water is complimentary.
The cafe n breakfast place deck right next to the oil n beach has a lovely Breeze running most of the time. They have semi covered cabanas n beach sleepers to laze around. The sea is calm with a little bit of waves during the high tide , even children can enjoy, mostly safe for all.
The buffet breakfast had an extensive spread although nothing for the vegetarians but they were kind enough to prepare something in veg for us every day

Beautiful and quiet boutique resort away from the hustle of the city. Very small detail is thought of, the garden villa room is gorgeous, feels very authentic and the outdoor bath and shower was glorious. The pool and beach area are well maintained, the restaurant has an excellent food selection and great quality. The service was exceptional and especially Kan who was very friendly and attentive. Would recommend for anyone looking to get some peace and quiet and switch off. Only 10min from the Nongnooch Gardens which is a must see attraction.
