Xanadu Beach Resort

Nice simple hotel located right on the beach.

Rooms were large and had a fan over main area. Aircon is dated and a bit loud at times bed was comfortable.

Bathroom again dated but serviceable hot water took time but at least have it.

Overall just a nice simple island accommodation.

Basic but clean rooms here with nice beds. The best thing about this place is its location, the service from the extremely friendly staff and the dogs! There are so many cute adults and puppies cruising around and they get treated very well by the locals. They don’t throw sticks at them etc to get them away from the hotel. If you don’t like dogs go somewhere else but if you are a dog lover then this place is awesome.

Situated at the end of the beach, this resort is one of the most quiet resorts on the island. The room is ok. The beach is nice as well. You cannot see the beach from the rooms, however.

We had a great time here! Everyone was very accommodating and friendly, the food was pretty good! And I like that it has its own beach and isn't too far from the rooms. The rooms were clean and we really aren't a picky bunch so we were pretty comfortable. I would highly recommend this to people who aren't into the party scene. Transpo is pretty easy on the island in general so it's not a problem getting around. Thank you Xanadu!

Although the place is a bit outdated, the location was good. I liked that it was a little out of the way without many people. It's not the best beach around, but it was decent. I would go back.

Unfortunately, room was ok, nothing to write home about, but clean.
Breakfast was good, could be better; the service was nice, staff are happy to help.

Lunch was nicer than expected for a restaurant in the middle of the sea. Foods tasted as good as it should be, I personally would not mind revisiting their restaurant again.

The hotel has its own beach, which excluded from the rest of the beach by the floating pier. However, the hotel or the local authority, should really WARN the tourist about ''Sea Urchins''; I was warned by the other Tourists, because stepping into on of the Sea Urchins meaning, the holiday will be ended in the most painful experience for weeks.

So, if Xanadu or Local Authority have seen this review, please provide the warning sign for the safety of the general public.

If you want to be away from the party atmosphere of Pattaya this is the perfect side of the island to be on.

Nice beach, a couple of good restaurants and once the day trippers leave very peaceful.

Rooms are spacious & clean, bathroom could do with an upgrade.

We rather enjoyed our 2 days here. Efficient transport to & from either pier. Check-in was very efficient with knowledgeable staff. Rooms are large with nice garden view balcony. We had breakfast included, which consisted of 3 set choices. Quite tasty. Beach in front is fine for swimming & walking. Motorcycle rentals are plentiful, most beginning at 300B but will reduce to 200B very quickly. We'll have no problem staying here again should the opportunity present itself.
