Very good location , relaxing view of the river . Big room and clean . Breakfast is simply normal.
I had a very sad experience though . When we checked out in the morning we found a tyre of our car punctured by a CUTTER in the parking ( first time that happened to us ) . A gardener employee signaled it to us and kindly offered a help and called for a garage to come . But it took a very long time to come . So I had the time to look for a tyre garage nearby , there are many very near to the hotel , the price is much lower and finally I found one that came very quickly with a temporary spare tyre , changed it and we went to their garage , 10min from the hotel , we got our tyre changed within less than 15 min - 4 times cheaper than the first garage called by our gentle gardener employee . She said that it already happened the same bad experience to some clients before. If you happen to experience the same , please call this nearby garage . "Cockpit" ( picture attached ) and do not follow the gardener lady advice .

The room wall is a bit thin we can hear the noises outside.

Overall, I was satisfied. I was told that the room I booked was sold out after I arrived at the hotel. I needed to change to another room type, but the price difference was refunded. There is a river view outside the window, close to the commercial center, and there are many restaurants around.

There is no lift in the hotel, they are still constructing it.
Bed is hard, and I am not a fussy sleeper
Sound insulation is not great, I could hear my neighbour singing. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent too. Nice and tranquil place honestly, but I won’t be back till they changed to softer bedding and complete building the lift
