“I accidentally booked 2 rooms instead of 1 and contacted the property immediately to correct the mistake. Unfortunately, they refused to refund or adjust the extra room, even though it was clear I only needed one. I was very disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer service. Guests should double-check their booking, as the hotel does not show any understanding for genuine errors.”

The hotel is sandwiched between two roads, with cars and noise rushing around. The facilities are shabby and not worth the price. You can decide for yourself whether to stay or not after watching the video.

I like quiet location and not too far from all the hustle and bustle. Well maintained facilities. Loved the room and amenities.
Although I’m not sure about the water bottle situation. I was asked where the water bottles were at checked out. They should post clear instructions about what they want guests to do about water bottles.

I really love how they decorated the resort with traditional Thai flowers. The food was so good. You can taste local spices also quality ingredients. I recommend this place.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel is very nice. Very welcoming lobby. The inner courtyard has a good sized pool and a restaurant lodge. The rooms as such are spacious, very nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast with a variety of dishes. The staff is super nice.

beautiful resort with attention to detail. Spacious rooms, some with a beautiful view of the river. It seems a bit colonial style, a bit mountain resort. Good,mainly Asian, breakfast. Very kind staff. Nice atmosphere close by the bridge on river Kway.

Stated for 2 nights and checked out yesterday. This was the first place of choice when I did some research but decided to view 14 other resorts in the area before booking. Can safely say we made the right choice.

Comfy Hotel, from the start you enter the lobby, room, resto and event meeting room I feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotels for family vacations
