Booked 1 night and extended 2 more nights. Not a fancy hotel, but it had everything I needed at a great price. Check-in was easy, with a 200 thb deposit required. Staff performance was excellent. The lobby was beautifully decorated. The room was comfortable, with a king bed (hard), desk, wardrobe, mini fridge, hot shower, small TV, and small balcony. Location was excellent, with many food options nearby.

Clean & basic room in a well maintained hotel. Nice sheets good towels (no pool) Quiet and walking distance to River -YaMoo monument park & near occasional market and other local dining options. Free breakfast with room. I will stay here again.

The hotel is well located with the front facing the water, with a great view for those with rooms facing the same direction. My room, Superior double room, was a good size, and with a decent bathroom with a small shower. A small unfurnished balcony was accessible from the room, and two elevators were available for transportation between floors. Parking was possible both in front, behind and on the side of the building.

Nice modern hotel, clean room and friendly staff. Good location next to the lake and nearby Wat Nong Waeng. Only downside was that all the cooked items at breakfast were cold, except the rice porridge, which was very nice.

Nice hotel a stone's throw from the lake. If you stay here wake up early and walk around the lake. Easy free parking in the back. Cute paintings in the hallways and rooms. Friendly service.

Have been there several times. But this time we were disappointed with our room.
No bedside tables , no liitle stand or table for the suitcases, several outlets did not work - no charging of the mobile and overall the light in the room was more dark than bright...

Great quality furnishing but with a overall snobbish atmosphere. Cleanliness, comfort all on the top scale BUT the hotel name is a deception: hardly a whiff of the grey murky Kaen Nakhon lake, certainly no stunning Swiss-type views. Signage to find the hotel entrance is poor (well everyone knows where we are) and in-character for my stay was a quibble over a free bottle of water for which the check-out wanted to charge Bt20. Good but arrogant

Good and clean but didn't take away disinfectant smell which stayed all night in the room so only spent 1 night stayed many times before and not had that problem only needs a mop over with fresh clean water to remove told staff to which they said would remedy for future customers
