From arrival at the front door all the way through my short stay , all staff very courteous and helpful , early check in requested but was not available. Room was everything you needed, good sized pool with more than enough beds including good pool service , drinks unnecessarily overpriced though !! This has been the premier hotel in Khon Kaen since the late 1990s, though competition has improved in recent years. It still has some its country glamour, with lots of local businesspeople hanging out in its bars, cafes, restaurants and meeting rooms. Stayed here for two nights before heading out. The hotel provides adequate parking in the basement with lifts taking you up to the hotel. The service was good, breakfast was really good with chefs at hand to cook you fresh eggs the way you like them. Yes the hotel is ageing but management have kept it in good condition. Moving stairs not working,sign say refurb start November but no sign of any work going on,making it difficult to reach the hotel from the lower carpark,apart for that hotel room was excellent.

I GIVE IT A 4 STAR BUT THE ESCALATOR FROM THE LOBBY FLOOR TO THE GROUND FLOOR DOES NOT WORK. THEY TOLD US THAT THE PEOPLE WERE COMING THE NEXT DAY TO FIX IT. We always stay here. It’s aesthetically pleasing, with great facilities and comfortable beds. It has friendly and professional staff, and good restaurant/bar choices.

Room was quiet and neat, but wifi signal was poor. Services were above average. They also have many facilities and trails nearby. Must try the pork fried rice from the room service; it was tasty!

Was there during COVID and most facilities are close, staff are friendly good food, basement parking need to be fix, and the hotel shouldn't let supercar park at the entrance, in case of emergency ambulance can't access.

Pro: rooms are clean, quiet, dark and comfortable, location is great. Con: old hotel, communal areas (halls, elevators etc) are run down. The rooms are old too, only 2 power outlets I could find in there. At 900 baht (price I got through Agoda, I would pay more for a standard room there) not a bad option but there are more cheerful places to be found in KK.

This is an old hotel, and while the outside is nicely maintained, the rooms are definitely showing wear. The best parts about staying here are the location and guarded parking garage in the heart of downtown. As of writing this, booking through third party website is cheaper than booking in person, even with government discount.

Comfy rooms with soft mattress. Swimming pool was clean and the kids loved it. Deep end is 8 feet deep be warned. Good value for money. No coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms.

Definitely worth the price paid. I got the room cheaper than the OTA's Agoda/Booking. Highly recommended and don't be swayed be the low scores on Google.

Vintage Chinese style hotel in Khonkaen,inside the city, I used to stay here about 40 years ago,still the room are clean the price is reasonable 500 baht/night. I like to have breakfast outside hotel ,it is Vietnamese frie egg in pan with French toast .

This hotel has been there for like 30 years but it has kept its condition well, not too old and still looks quite nice for a hotel this age which was a surprise for me. The room was very clean, with couches and tables. The bed was ok. A/c worked well without adjusting the temp and could be too cool if you tamper with it. If you're heading to the Mindfulness Project this place is pretty ideal as it's a five minute walk to the old bus station. However the hotel has seen better days. The wifi is practically nonexistent, I asked to move rooms/floors twice and then gave up. Some of the rooms are tired looking and need renovating. The Dim Sum lunch buffet is really good. The drawback is that the buffet is only available on Sundays. All other days you can of course order but then it's from the regular menu. A lot of selection to choose from as well as ala carte menu. You won't leave this place hungry! Friendly and attentive staff throughout the seating. The buffet is really price worthy at 400 BAHT.

Hotel is clean, rooms are good for a short stay while traveling, beds are very comfortable and clean. Lots of parking. Downside is it's got to be one of the noisiest hallways of any hotel I've ever been in. The sound just echoes from one end of the hotel to the other. If there's someone in the hallway you can hear everything.

101 rooms for dogs and cats can be accommodated. Overall considered good But request for noise, air condition and dust, water glasses with plastic controls Come and drink a glass of dust smelled water. The dog and cat room is next to the kitchen. While people walk The dog will bark all the time. We are afraid that the bark will disturb other rooms.

This newish well up-fitted “motel” is located next to old warehouse and residential neighborhood . Limited services and amenities with no breakfast due to covid. We stayed in 2 BR 1 BA suite 214 with nice kitchen on June 11-13. It was bit small for four people . I have not been to Pullman Raja Orchid but you may consider it if you desire full service .

Really nice rooms with kitchenette (no microwave) sink, hot kettle, bigger refrigerator. Very clean. No food, that’s why there’s 4 star instead of 5. Other places are serving food now.

Beds are very comfortable, and the hotel provides towels. Reasonable for the price, although it's cheaper to book directly with the hotel, and not through a website (higher prices).
