the staff is very friendly and the common areas of the hotel are in order but the rooms (superior room) need a renovation, they are old, they need more light points and electrical plugs. if you find an offer do not hesitate to book otherwise there are better alternatives in the city

This the best i hotel i have ever see in khon kaen and the room is so big and bathroom also big and its is full of luxurious things

Nice hotel in silent place. 10 min walk to local night market. Place to park car. Rooms is clean and good for short stay. It has some internal pool but it does not work after sunset. Overall nice for 1-2 day stop in Khon Kaen during car trip.

If you are booking this hotel for the sake of the swimming pool, unless you are Wim Hof-you'll only look at it. It's freezing cold.
Otherwise, the location and room standards are fine.

Very good service and staff. They made a mistake in my room type. Service recovery was impressive. Room size is big and comfortable.

Good value hotel. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. The pool area is also nice and a good place to chill. Would definitely stay here again.
