First and foremost, I must admit that the mistake in booking was mine. I intended to reserve a twin-bedded room, but due to being in a rush, I mistakenly booked a king-bedded room instead. Upon check-in, I was initially given a king-bedded room. This was despite the fact that the room I originally booked (king bed) was actually more expensive than the twin room. The staff still insisted that I pay extra. Eventually, they allowed me to switch to a twin room, but it was located in the older section of the building.
The room was very outdated. The bathroom lock was broken, there was an unpleasant odor, and the curtains were hanging loosely. Additionally, the back of the room appeared to be adjacent to the housekeeping area. While taking a shower in the morning, I could clearly hear male and female housekeeping staff talking loudly, which significantly compromised my privacy.
The overall experience with the staff was disappointing; their conduct lacked honesty, and the room situation was unacceptable from the beginning. As for the breakfast, it was quite basic.

I wish I could leave this hotel a 4 or even 5 star rating, but there was an incident that was simply not acceptable.
Everything started well, we booked on Agoda, checked in, were impressed by the friendly staff at the front desk, stayed one night, had breakfast and were getting ready to leave for a day of sightseeing. On the way out we informed housekeeping that there was a water puddle in the bathroom behind the toilet.
When we returned in the evening, we were shocked that our room door was wide open and all our belongings had gone. We immediately went to the reception to inquire and were informed that the staff had moved them to another room – without informing us first!
This is completely unacceptable. While it’s a good thing that the hotel would offer us to change rooms due to a water leak, they cannot simply enter our room and move everything without prior notification. Unless it’s an emergency – which it wasn’t.
I think all was probably well intended, but what a big shock when we first saw that our room door was wide open. And it left a uneasy feeling that someone had gone through our personal stuff and move it to a different room (we didn’t have a chance pack up our clothes, as we never expected that someone would move them).
At least nothing was missing when we checked, thankfully!

It's a little difficult to find, a but great price. Cold air and clean room. Well worth the small trouble it took to find it.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Service was professional and friendly. Facility were fine. The breakfasts were excellent. Each morning was a little different.

So they were full on that night which brought distance into the rest of the world. But front desk staff was very helpful and friendly with customer service I like or expect.
