Lipe Inn

Excellent stay. We booked the superior king room and can certainly say it's worth the extra £3 per night. Large, modern room that was immaculately clean. Warm shower with great shower pressure, free bottles of water every day, great hospitality from the owner and housekeeper. Great, convenient location on walking street while also being nice and quiet. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel! The rooms are spacious and have amenities including a big private balcony with table, chairs and a clothes airer, and inside a kettle, a fridge and a safe. The furniture is a bit dated however it was very clean, and we were given fresh towels and 2 bottles of water everyday. Despite its amazing location on the walking street and 2 mins walking from Pattaya Beach, we didn’t hear any noise. We would definitely recommend Lipe Inn :)

Good option on Walking Street. This place is pretty old and the rooms are a bit dark. Bathroom is Thai style. But everything is clean and spacious. Cleaning service was very reliable and the AC diff its job.

The guy at the reception was helpful. Location is very convenient. Value for money ok. There are plenty of food and coffee options around.

I was in Lipe and needed accommodation other than the one I had booked. I went to the reception and the manager kindly showed me two types of rooms. He was very helpful. The next day I checked in. The room was large, clean, equipped with air conditioning, fridge, toilet paper and hot water (oh no, these are not two obvious things!), kettle, coffee, bottles of water. I had chosen a room without a private balcony, but outside the door I had (like everyone else) two chairs and a very comfortable drying rack. My room was very quiet. If you are not interested in staying beachfront, this is an excellent solution! The stay was pleasant! Thank you!

Excellent location and very reasonable price.
Just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of shops, restaurants, pharmacies etc nearby.
Although the reception is on the street, the rooms are nice and quiet.

I found Lipe Inn a decent, well priced place to stay on the island, the room was spacious, clean and contained a safe for valuables.
The amenities were there but rather minimal, plus the view is just the hotel opposite.
Concession given however to the fact that I wasn’t staying there for the view from the room. Certainly not the proprietor’s fault though more to the rampant over commercialization of Koh Lipe itself.
The patio area was again clean and spacious.
Lipe Inn is situated right in the hustle of walking street though the rooms remained free from the obstreperous nature of the nightlife in immediate propinquity.
As such it is situated close to all you could want from the eateries and nocturnal institutions that abound including sunrise beach should you wish to catch one.
On the whole, Lipe Inn is a recommend and I would stay there again.
