Rooms were very spacious and clean. Location is perfect near the best beach on the island. It is quiet there and calmer than on the other side of the island. Will come back again. Nice of them to provide free shuttle to the Pier or main walking street.

Quite big resort in the best area on Ko Lipe located on a hill with direct access to the beach between sunrise and sunset beach. Sunbeds and the beach bar are great for beach bumming. Ferry drop and pick-up service as well as transport to the walking street. The breakfast buffet provides a wide variety with a slight focus on Asian food and is located in a very plain hall. Clean rooms and bathroom with a great wieu from the balcony, stayed in a seawieuroom. A plus if you like the sound of frogs;) Nice and also very clean beach below the resort with a little bar with fresh fruit juice and cold beer. Nice for snorkeling also. Free taxiservice in the evenings to walking street. Booked with agoda in last minute so the price was half of standard. Can really recommend this...

Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Deluxe seaview room is spacious and clean. This resort also got the access to the private beach which is very good. You can see Adang island from this sunset beach. There is a free shuttle service to the walking street.

You pay the same price for beach front on Samui island but you would never get this spectacular , jaw dropping and should-come-here-once-in-a-life-time view. Worth all the trouble of getting to this island. Highly recommended.

Ocean pool villa provides you the best view of Lipe. So far, I have been twice with room 100 and room 10. Room 100 is the best pool villa because it is the only room that has a wide window pane. Room 10 is nice but the bathroom door is very hard to slide to open. Window pane not as wide as room 100. Pool villa offers you a bottle of wine, 2 bottles of Evian water, fresh fruits, snacks and jelly...

The room is okay, the surrounding conditions may look a bit messy. If compared to the price, it may not seem worth it. But give the score directly to the staff. Speak and take good care. If improving the room and the environment a little more, it would be very good.

Overall condition is good, but breakfast is a long wait. Most caters to group travelers first, while solo travelers are less conscious of ordering and getting food. But other things are in good shape, the receptionist is hospitable.

I didn't stay there for the hotel, but came here every day, end of the afternoon for the sunset! Whaooooo, just incredible, the beers and cocktails are good! The bungalows looks OK but slightly old! I would like to be there every evening!

Located at Sunset Beach. Quite far away from the Walking Street. However, the beach here is private and you can just snorkel here. Many corals and fish. Affordable price. Room is quite basic but still ok.

We spent 10 days on Koh Lipe and enjoyed our stay at Pitiusas the most. We loved the private beach with beautiful corals and had a clean and simple room. Kip and her family are very friendly and helped us with our many special requests, like vegetarian breakfast or workout equipment. Beautiful location, and one of the last quiet places left on the island. Bungalows are average, but have aircon, and some have good sea view. There's a private beach, and you can paddle around in the kayak or do some snorkeling. Perfect place to relax and chill out, which is exactly what we were looking for. The private beach faces the most beautiful sunset (see pictures).

Nice place with cozy bungalows above air with amazing view and a hammock to sleep in on the balcony. Modern rooms though without ac as standard. Staff is good with a very nice boss who personally helped us arrange a boat trip even if it wasn't for his favour.

The accomodation is in separate cabins built into the hillside connected by steps. The cabins are lovely with an enormous bed, en suite shower room and a single bed/settee. Beautiful bungalows nested in the jungle, on a cliff above the far east end of Sunrise Beach. Serene, peaceful and quiet. Everything can be delivered to your room. That particular stretch of the beach has the finest powdery sand as well. Great restaurant on premises with plethora of options, both local and western cuisine. The staff is phenomenal and very accommodating.

Cheap standard bungalows in 2nd / 3rd beach row — no private beach. Cosy bed with mosquito net, fridge, electric kettle and hair dryer provided free of charge — beach towels and snorkels for rent. So far, so fine — however you need to tolerate mosquitos, cockroaches and other amphibians in your private (bath-)room. Breakfast and coffee were tasty.

I have been to Koh Lipe multiple times, because I love that little pearl in the Andaman Sea! And I have always booked my stay at Family Song because is the best value for money on the island, without giving up in location, cleanliness and service from the staff. Nice little bungalows with everything you need. The owner was nice and friendly and the rooms were nice enough for what you pay for ! Don't stay here if you're a princess who can't deal with bugs, you're in a Thai made bungalow!! Expect the odd gecko/cockroach/mosquito to slip through the cracks. 5 star camping. When we arrived the staff informed us that there was a mistake and they overbooked. They shipped us via tuk tuk to another hotel (upgrade!) for our first night at no cost to us. Stayed here for 4 nights and met my expectations on this. I got this for a discounted rate of $50/night. The bungalow and attached bathroom was clean and well maintained with shower and a water heater. As described, I got a fan room which was more than enough to keep cool in Jan. Stayed here for 5 nights. Good room I like the beach huts they're so cool to stay in. Does get quite hot because they only have a fan. I loved the breakfast buffet, they have a good variety of food. Price is good for what you pay. Only downside is the walls are paper thin in the beach hut and its so silent at night that I could hear the neighbours snoring and it kept me awake!

It's ok. We booked a bungalow but they had overbooked and "upgraded" us to a room in a dingy building right at the back of the hotel grounds which was poorly maintained. Excellent stay. We booked the superior king room and can certainly say it's worth the extra £3 per night. Large, modern room that was immaculately clean. Warm shower with great shower pressure, free bottles of water every day, great hospitality from the owner and housekeeper. Great, convenient location on walking street while also being nice and quiet. Definitely recommend.

We only stayed for 2 nights at Lipe Inn. The location is great, the room was spacious, clean, and we didn’t hear any noise, but it had a terrible musty smell that made our nights unpleasant. Good price for 2 nights.

Everything was good except for the overwhelming smell of mould in the room. The room was nice, clean, conveniently place, and we didn't hear any noise at night. But the mould smell was unbearable at times. I believe it to be because of the wood paneling used on the walls and ceiling. Would be great if they fix the mould issue.

Good option on Walking Street. This place is pretty old and the rooms are a bit dark. Bathroom is Thai style. But everything is clean and spacious. Cleaning service was very reliable and the AC diff its job. The guy at the reception was helpful. Location is very convenient. Value for money ok. There are plenty of food and coffee options around.

Really great traditional bamboo bungalows, and mostly impeccable knowledge of the dive sites!!! It is family run and they were always available to help with anything we needed. The restaurant on sunrise beach has great food too. Can't recommend enough!

Dive boats are quite large when organising dives they will drop you off and pick you up from a variety of spots so everyone is not dropped in the same spot which is good.
