Clean rooms and bathroom with a great wieu from the balcony, stayed in a seawieuroom. A plus if you like the sound of frogs;)
Nice and also very clean beach below the resort with a little bar with fresh fruit juice and cold beer. Nice for snorkeling also.
Free taxiservice in the evenings to walking street. Booked with agoda in last minute so the price was half of standard.
Can really recommend this place.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Location is perfect near the best beach on the island. It is quiet there and calmer than on the other side of the island. Will come back again. Nice of them to provide free shuttle to the Pier or main walking street.

The beach is amazing (but it for free for everyone). Except for this, the service is horrible. We left our room for the beach at 9:30 till 17:00 nobody cleaned our room during the day; for two days, we went to the reception four times to understand what was going on, and they were not doing anything, saying they would come to clean, in the third day we saw one of the cleaners and told them please clean the room (apparently the only time they clean the rooms is in 17:00-18:00, what!? Why?! This is right before dinner when everyone stay’s in their room).
There are ants everywhere (even in the bed), they need to provide two bottles of water a day, and we didn’t get it, the shower is dirty and if you think about it all the room is not clean, there is no wifi in our room for 2 days already. We tried to complain, but they just said “sorry” and did not really care or do not understand English. Nothing is changing, and the service is just awful and Booking claims they don’t want to give us any compensation 😩🤦🏼♀️

Worst service ever! Staff doesn’t speak English. The lady at the fish market spoke a better English than the staff in mountain resort. In spite of reminding them everyday to clean our room they still managed to forget it. Rooms were full of mosquitos and ants and most surprisingly without telephone. At 10pm there was no reception anymore. The restaurant isn’t even worth mentioning. The manager is hideous and Customer satisfaction doesn’t Contain his business concept. Nevertheless the room and the view were beautiful and also when they cleaned, they cleaned properly.

Quite big resort in the best area on Ko Lipe located on a hill with direct access to the beach between sunrise and sunset beach. Sunbeds and the beach bar are great for beach bumming.
Ferry drop and pick-up service as well as transport to the walking street.
The breakfast buffet provides a wide variety with a slight focus on Asian food and is located in a very plain hall.
English skills at reception are on a very, very
basic level making conversation quite difficult.

We stayed at Honeymoon Suite room. The room was high quality and spacious. The view was fantastic. The service is not much to expect but the staffs were friendly and willing to help where they can. Highly recommended. To go to the beach, it's a bit far but the views from the top were really worth approaching distant!

Nice panoramic view from the restaurant. Food are okay but love the locaton and beach in front of the resort. White sand and clear sea water.

Compared to the rustic buildings and rudimentary facilities of the other resorts we encountered, this place was relatively clean and the staff were polite and prompt. The name is a bit of a misnomer as the hotel is not located on a mountain! The communal areas are just overlooking a beach on the north east coast.

Very beautiful place, peaceful and not too touristy. That is a 0 kilometer stone at the night market.
