The place is nice, but the staff is unfortunately very unpolite and rude. The lady on the bar is mad and aggressive. It's not possible to communicate with her on a normal level.
Definitely not Koh Phayam vibes. Would not recommend staying there either as a guest in Bungalows or in the restaurant. this place isn't worth your money

The owner of this property is extremely rude for no good reason. We took a wrong turning down her road understandably if you’ve visited the area, when walking down to access the beach and figure out where we went wrong she shouted at us to leave without allowing us to explain. Very rude, and very aggressive for no good reason. Would not recommend giving it the time of day.

The lady who owns the place is a crazy person. She started shouting at us for no comprehensible or sane reason. We felt very unwelcome there & ended up going to another place nearby, which was great, while putting up with still paying for the unused room. But it was worth every penny not having to stay there.
The room itself was pretty basic & therefore overpriced, so neither would we recommend the hotel on that basis.
We travel a lot to many different countries & neither of us can remember such a rude interaction with hotel staff. She is truly not an example for what makes thai people so lovely

Everything is fantastic about this place. I stayed in a deluxe aircondition bungalow with hotwater in the shower. The bed was comfortable and it was a Nice sleep every night. The wifi was fast enough.
The staff was wonderful Gop made so good food. The taste of Everything is amazing. Rob The Aussie gentleman is so friendly and such a interesting person with alot of life experience, so Nice to chat with him. Nok The manager is running The place in a great way. Always friendly and knows Everything about blueberries:-) even The dog was so Nice and calm and respectful to The visitors.
The Frog house is situated on a very long beach about 3 km. And you can swiml to The reef and you can borrow snorkling equipment for free.
I heard a maybe in The future they going to sell kites and also be the host for phayams international kite festival. Looking forward to come back and enjoy flying kites on The Lovely sunset beach :-)

The service is the worst I have ever seen in the whole world. They are only nice if you give them money, otherwise they treat you really bad. Very greedy people. There are much better places in Koh Phayam, even on the same beach (the beach is very nice!).

Lovely place and people. They make tasty food, the rooms are nice and you have a great location on the beach. The frogs will serenad you to sleep at night.

Anchored out the front and ate lunch here 3 times. Very clean kitchen, nice food and friendly service.
