Wonderful place and so Nice service🥰. I wish I could stay longer. Super nice beach and great food and drinks too. A perfect place for relaxing and enjoying being present.

It's in our opinion the most beautiful beach on the island. The staff was also really kind and helpful. The breakfast was good. Regarding the room, the bed was really cozy and also a highlight. However, we can only give 4 stars for the room as the refrigerator was a bit smelly and the water pressure was really low. Overall, it was a great experience though. If we come back to Koh Kood, we would definitely stay here again!

Located at Bang Bao Bay, just a few steps from the turquoise shallow waters and fine white sand.
The hotel is nice, enjoyable, with a beautiful beach and a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The boat ride from Laem Sok Pier to Koh Kood takes approximately 60 minutes.

I like the service, the food is delicious, the sea is beautiful, the only disadvantage is that the bathroom at the restaurant is very dirty, when the toilet can't be flushed down and the water smells, it doesn't fix it, the breakfast has very little food and some like I think it doesn't fit at all I stayed there for 6 days I don't feel okay with the food but I'm impressed with the staff good service🥰🥰

Since we were anchored offshore with our boat, I can't comment on the accommodations. However, the beach is beautiful in the late afternoon or evening during high tide.
I enjoyed a wonderful Thai massage at the hotel - they even accept credit cards! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
If you're staying there, I highly recommend their evening BBQ. Head there around 6:00 pm (18:00) - it was pleasantly empty then, with beautiful lights strung around the palm trees. The grilled fish was absolutely delicious!

Beautiful location and the ocean view bungalows are great and well renovated! We lived our stay with our family and had a great time! I would give 5 stars but some minor points can be improved:
- transport services, now very expensive to get around with a taxi if not renting a scooter
- restaurant needs a proper renovation. Food is good but quite expensive
- shop has very limited stuff and nearest supermarket is 15min walk one-way

Magical hotel at peaceful little Koh Kood. Such an exclusive feel and with perfect crystal clear water on the private beach - doesn't get more paradise than this.
The hotel is somewhat secluded, but you can get a taxi or rent a scooter at the hotel to get around. The hotel restaurant serves excellent food, so you have everything you need, right here, if you just need to do the sea, sun, sleep, repeat routine.

This is an amazing resort with value for money and in a beautiful scenery. It is highly recommended! We rent the big beach view villa (sky) it was an amazing house, nicely decorated, very down to earth and modest but with taste and a touch of luxury. I would only suggest that they make a real garden in the bathroom/shower area instead of the plastic artificial. This was the only thing which didn’t go well with the room. What can I say about the service, cleaning, hotel breakfast and beach bar other than that everything was amazing and they are professionals!! I highly recommend to have the massage in the resort. The stuff is very experienced and you get a professional service. Wish I had tried it earlier… wouldn’t miss a day without massage! Overall, we’ve been around the island as there are so many amazing beaches. It is recommend to rent a bike and visit other beaches, I’ve seen many resorts in Koh Kood but to be honest I think the Beach natural is one of the best and I would love to visit again soon!!

Our room at Siam Bay Resort smells like sewage for unknown reason. We where sitting outside for almost an 1 hour while the staff where trying to fix the problem. Eventually 1 person sprayed air-refresher all over the room and left. The whole room smelled like sewage mix with perfume. The clock is was 00:30 and it is my wife’s birthday. I will be expecting compensation. I have texted booking about this problem also.

I wanted to book 3 nights, and had a very unpleasant and non-touristic correspondence with May T. the Reservation Manager of the resort.
The story in a nut shell was that asked the reception assistance to complete booking after having dificulties in the web site.
I recieved invoice of BHT 30,000 , thought by mistake that it was higher than their web rates, transfered BHT 27,000 and complained.
The response of May T was immediate cancelling of the booking in spite of my apology 3 times and my request to complete the 10% balance.
All the above from the first email until final refuse to accept my booking and apology took less than 2 hours.
His/her response to my question if it's not over reacting ? was that ".... it'd better not to tell anyone who or how they're overreact.."
Based on I asked myself if it's possible that May T. mix his/hers political opinions with work in the tourism industry ?
If it's true it's a shame to him/her and the resort owners that employ such person especially as reservation manager, otherwise a person that don't understand "sorry" should ask himself if he is in the right profession :-)
We the tourists (especialy at my age - 74) do mistakes, but hotelier that can't assist solving it in pleasant way is in the wrong position.
