Koh Kood Resort

The good was the views, amazing. We stayed four days,2 days too long
The room was poor, F6, wood panelling that you could see outside through. The shower was almost a drip, no power from the over head and 90% of the holes blocked. The hand held was slightly better.
The food menu was average and the breakfast was poor.
We were consistently surrounded by couples and groups taking social media shoots, influencers. Never seen anything like it in my life. Very very annoying.
The sea was beautiful and the beach kept clean.
We were highly disappointed in our accomodation and experience.
The waterfalls are worth the trek and are beautiful and scenic.
We hired scooters for 240 baht a day for three days. You will need one to get around.
If you have kids, other than the pool and sea there is nothing for them.

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place this is definitely not it. Would rate it a somewhat decent resort if it weren't for the fact that it's unacceptably noisy from the resort bars music from noon until late at night. There is bass heavy club music permeating the room guaranteed to keeping pretty much everyone in this resort awake. Even a friendly request to the staff to at least turn down the obnoxious and unnecessarily loud bass to get some sleep late in the evening was politely ignored. Definition no recommendation to stay there as long as this is the case.
