Koh Kood Beach Resort

5 stars all the way. The resort is perfectly maintained. The beach, pool, restaurant and villas are all very clean and you can see a lot of effort is put into the resort well keeping.

The food and drinks at the restaurants are simply delicious, using premium ingredients, while being very reasonably priced, so that we had all our meals there during our stay.

Congratulations to the owner and the staff who is very kind and helpful too.

Definitely a great place to stay at if you visit Koh Kood.

This is a lovely resort located right by the ocean. The staff is superb, so kind and they remember you! Golf (probably not spelling this right, but that is how he described his name) is wonderful and makes excellent smoothies and drinks! The food is absolutely delicious. Everything we had was amazing! The rooms are clean and spacious, and the outdoor bathrooms are so cool! You can use a kayak and snorkeling gear for free or rent a motor scooter for the day for 250 bhat. A few things to be aware of - this is a child friendly resort and there were a lot of families with young kids during our stay here. As a youngish couple without kids, it was a little hard to relax at the pool and drink with all the kiddies splashing about, so keep that in mind if you are looking for something more adult focused. Also, there is a small sandy beach cove specific to the resort but you don’t really have a large sandy beach available to you. It’s primarily rocks along the coastline in front of the resort. There is a larger sand beach at the resort next door so we walked over the rocks to that section when we wanted to swim in the ocean, but of course you can’t really put down towels or sit on the beach since it’s for the guests at the resort next door. All in all we had a lovely stay, great for families!

Do not stay here if you are a couple with no kids.

My wife and I did not realize this is a very child oriented resort.

If you want to drink by the pool or the beach and decompress, there will be lots of children around. It ruins the peace and serenity of a vacation.

The views are beautiful. Absolutely lovely.

If you decided that kids are your thing and you like Disney world, this is probably your pace.

The staff and service is fantastic and the food is wonderful.

There is no beach. It’s all rocks. The few places you can swim, garbage collects in those areas from the ocean (no fault of the resort). Plan accordingly.

i really loved this place, wish i had stayed longer. The rooms are so beautiful and unik with the shower outside. There resturant is the best one i have been to in my life. The service was amazing, they where really kind. And theres the beautiful small beach with lots of small and big fish in it. It was also nice with a pool without saltwater.

Really beautiful and quiet place with easy access to a rather private beach. Possibility to do some snorkeling right off the beach. Good beds in the bungalows. The service is also really pleasant and professional.

We had a two bedroom seaview house with a patio and private spa. The most beautiful location and view. The house was very clean - after a day one gets used to the outdoor bathroom and it will even be missed when we leave. The staff is extremely nice and remember the guests - we never had to mention our house number. Will highly recommend to visit this place.
