This was our stay on Koh Kood. Absolutely zero complaints. The is a cabin/bungalow stile place. They are small, but very nice. Nice soft bed with a pretty big shower. All the amenities of a normal hotel. They have a large area for eating. The only complaint I have is the breakfast choices are small unlike other places we’ve stayed.
You are only a short walk to the beach from your room. They the resort right next to this is the same owner so you get to share the bar with them. The beach is awesome and pretty big. They have a short boardwalk with a swing at the end. Nice for photos. In fact, there lots of place for some really good photos up and down the beach. It really was a nice place.
We would gladly stay here or at the sister resort Sea Far anytime.

BEWARE : Tourist Trap. We made accidently a booking here but once we arrived on our mind was how fast we can get out there. Asked the reception, offered a Cab for 500 bath. Asked them then for a scooter, while they had over 10 available they said the only one they could offer us was the most expensive, 450 bath. If you care for you health, don't go there. Towels on the beach were dirty, the 10 meter wide beach they sit is on a total mess. There are so many better places to stay in Koh Chang but this is not one of them.

the room is nice and tidy, just the packaging is small. the breakfast is delicious the beach is beautiful and the scooters are also suitable for the island! we would definitely come back!

Great location, the hosts are very kind (the dog is not but it was no problem). We stayed in a "garden cottage" for 7 nights. There should be a bit more shelves or cupboard but we solv it (we use the extra bed however if you are 3 in this accomodation it's not working)
The ants will get into the apartment. I write this as an information, not a problem.
There are not big assortment for breakfast but you can find something everyday. The beach is amazing. You can eat your meal while watching the sea, palmtrees or the sunset. Gorgeous.

1. Do not expect special breaks like in 4 star hotel. They serve their best and breakfast is above the average. The island is too far away from the land.
2. Rooms are very clean but a bit tinny.
3. Owners and staffs are very welcoming and helpful.
4. Surrounding is good for those who just want to enjoy beach life.
5. The resort helps you booking speed boats trips and airport shuttle. Fees is same with online booking.

Take this review with a grain of salt, as my visit was in 2017. However, I recently looked up where we stayed in Ko Kuud because someone wanted a recommendation for a resort on the island where the beach was raked daily, ridding it of sandflies. The islands of Ko Kuud and nearby Ko Mak are notorious for sandflies whose bites are very itchy.
At the time of my stay the resort was new and pristine, but much of the staff did not speak English. The bungalow was beautiful but I was not impressed by the restaurant. My recommendation in 2017 would have been to eat one resort north of Medee along the beach, where the bungalows are spartan and ugly (although cheap) but the restaurant is excellent.

The quality-price balance of the hotel is unbeatable.
The sea is just a few steps away. You have AC and the room is clean, its true the water pressure is a bit low, but is not a problem at all.
We didn't have any issues with the food; on the contrary, we loved it. It's the island we've enjoyed the most in our lives, and it's all thanks to this hotel. The smoothies are amazing too. The restaurant is fantastic, with tasty food that I truly recommend it. The staff is kind and helpful.

The owner is really friendly. The room is clean and the AC works well, though the water pressure is a bit low. It's still a nice place to stay. The restaurant is fantastic, with tasty and flavorful food that I highly recommend. The staff is attentive and helpful. And the best part is the amazing atmosphere, especially when you see the sunset reflecting on the blue ocean.

Following a stay at the excellent Seafar next door, we decided to try the meedee resort (in fact we wanted to stay a bit more in koh kood and Seafar was full booked). The hotel is very well located, the private beach where the shade and deckchairs are located is a little small but the beach as a whole is magnificent. The food, on the other hand, wasn't very good, so we went to eat like many guests at the Seafar resort. The room is clean but the bungallow we had only had small windows, apparently it's the only one like that. But it still suited me. On the other hand I asked the hotel if they could rent a scooter for me, which they did. Fortunately, I had the excellent idea of taking photos of the scooter from every angle, because when it came time to return it, the hotel staff called to tell me that I'd damaged the scooter. After 10 minutes of looking at my photos, without any apologies or smiles, they told me that it wasn't me who had damaged the scooter and that the scratches had been there before I rented it. I can't imagine what would have happened to me if I hadn't taken those photos. It looks like a scam I didn't fall for. Conclusion: I would only recommend this hotel as a last resort, as next door you have the magnificent Seafar, which is a cut above in terms of quality and trustworthiness.
