Superb room and service. It was a very refreshing experience and we enjoyed the jacuzzi very much. The service at the reception desk was professional and easily understandable and the deposit was handled well. We found a dead gecko in our room though, but that was easily removed. Try to make sure the technical issues have been sorted before the stay, like the water temperature, to minimise the need for requests after moving in. Will come again, thank you :)

The location of the store is very easy to find and access in Koh Lanta. The price is reasonable. The equipment is in very good condition. The boat is very comfortable. The breakfast, lunch, and snacks/drinks were all excellent. The staff were friendly and very professional and knowledgeable. One of the people in our snorkeling group was very inexperienced, and not a very strong swimmer. The staff member that worked with her was very attentive, caring, encouraging, and clear. We appreciated that a lot. We enjoyed the whole experience very much.

It’s a difficult one as the staff, particularly the manager of the resort - Pop - was extremely helpful throughout our stay and had exceptional customer service. Thank you Pop. However, onto the reasons why we had to converse with him on several occasions… very tired rooms, a lack of hot water and broken bathtubs. All rectified by Pop very swiftly however I’d only recommend this resort if you choose the budget friendly room options. The upgrades - in my opinion - are simply not worth it.

We stayed in a few different rooms for our 1 month stay at Sri Lanta and it was amazing. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was a nice reprieve from the mid day sun. Pap (the manager) and the rest of the service staff were friendly and kind. The drivers on site are hilarious. Our place was a short walk to the beach and the hotel was nice and quiet during all hours of the day and night. I would highly recommend staying here!

A very comfortable hotel with good facilities and very helpful and nice staff. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated but little worn out, balconies in hotel rooms could be better and cleanliness of some shared spaces little better, but overall we were happy with our stay at Sri Lanta. The absolutely best was the beach and beautiful sea and pools were also nice - cleaned daily. The breakfast is yummy with many choices - but the selection could be changed a bit. Shame that in the evenings the beach bar and restaurant are empty - would be nice if they were more lively.

The hotel looked like it was once very good but now it’s outdated and not well maintained. For instance, the sink was broken and it took an hour to fill the bathtub. The cleaning was bad. They forgot to give us clean towels and toiletpaper and to take out the trash. Even when we made them aware, nothing happened. The worst happened during checkout. The reception claimed the payment had been declined. We had paid through the app in advance and had the confirmation of payment. They showed us the card number with the declined payment which was not ours. It took them 45 minutes to realise they were wrong and even when they did, they didn’t apologise for the inconvenience.
The surrounding area is beautiful but I CAN NOT recommend this hotel.

This hotel looks amazing on the pictures but unfortunately is very old. The room was not really clean. The restaurant staff are very very nice. The beach is cool. A lot of places in the hotel are abandoned. You can see the monkeys from your terrasse

The room and service is very good, but the breakfast is not worth it, I suggest you go out for breakfast

Hotel rooms are old, so they are not very comfortable and nice. The breakfast are very similar all the days and are not a big choice. Staff is helpful. They have own motorbikes to rent which are very new and in very good condition. Hotel takes deposit, but it is very strange because they do not check at check out the room.
