Do not advise anyone to stay here. Hotel had bad smell in hallways and in room. Air Conditioning leaked water and refrigerator leaked water. Safe doesn’t work properly and doesn’t secure valuable items well. Shower is not good at all, would not stay here again.

It is not often that a hotel stands out so much that I take the time to grade the hotel.
But this hotel does differ from all the hotels I've been to in Thailand and this in a very positive way.
First there was the transfer to the hotel from the airport
. It involves a bit of a wait, which they also inform that there can be up to a 30 minute wait. But the journey to the hotel felt safe and also took a little time as we arrived in the middle of the rush hour.
Once you got to the hotel you were well taken care of with taking up the suitcases in the room, without unspoken demands for tips, but with a continued pleasant smile. The room is large with a large comfortable double bed.
Byt although they does not boast that it is a luxury hotel, byt still it has all the qualifications that a luxury hotel has.
Where cleanliness and a room without anything negative to point out, where in summary you really get what you pay for, something that is extremely rare. not to say that it is so unusual that I have never experienced it before. When outside of this experience you are treated extremely kindly by the staff (one a speciellt formgivevme for forgotten her namn. But when I made unfair criticism about a poorly functioning network., which the staff really steps in to clarify if it is really bad, this too with a happy smile and genuine commitment.
I'm looking forward to seeing how their breakfast is, because it's something that tends to be one of the weakest cards for Thai hotels. But maybe not for this gi

Well where do I start? I booked this hotel as it was 4* and had good reviews on Booking.com
It wasn't far from BKK airport by taxi and I had checked out the area on google maps so it looked convenient for our 2 night stay befor flying home.
On arrival at the hotel we were greeted pleasantly and shown to our room. The room was spacious and looked good at first glance. We had a balcony which was one of the reasons we booked the hotel.
Then it was downhill from there... the balcony had no chairs to sit on so was a waste of a room upgrade.
The towels were grey and literally threadbare falling to pieces. The floor under the bed hadn't been cleaned for a very very long time and had remnants from previous guests.
I asked for 2 extra pillows, I was charged 100BHT which I had to pay for in cash on delivery of the pillows.
IS THIS REALLY 4* SERVICE???
On using the pool which looked beautiful but was extremely dangerous as the flooring surounding the pool was wet and very slippery. There was no safe way to enter the pool apart from using the internal steps which were deep and couldn't be seen because of jacuzzi jets.
I asked for 2 towels for the pool to be told they didn't have any yet because the towel carte hadn't arrived. My displeasure was obviously noted and some towels arrived 20 minutes later.
We ordered a glass of wine and a Leo beer and were charged 300BHT. Way overpriced.

I only need this room for 14 hours during a layover. The room was clean and check in was a breeze. I paid 400 baht for early check in which was well worth it. Also, 200 baht for airport drop off. Not much around the area but there is a 7-11 just downstairs and there is a market that owns in the afternoon and has all kinds of food and other stuff. Definitely worth the price if staying a day or 2 until you catch a flight out.

Spacious rooms. So no problem there. And if you are planning to stay here to get a flight the next day keep in mind a big road construction is going on. Like BIG. Meaning there is almost always a tragic jam. I wanted to order some food from a delivery app but both times my orders were cancelled.
So for me personally, in hindsight this is not the best location for myself.

First time staying here but will not be my last. Friendly staff with a clean and comfortable room. Large room with a nice balcony. Convenient location to the airport but best of all is the night market directly outside. Also a 7-11 and a pharmacy within a 2 min walk. The airport shuttle is a nice bonus. There is a restaurant but i preferred the night market.

This stay was better than expected!
We had to wait quite some time for the airport shuttle to pick us up from airport to hotel, but the staff was very efficient and helpful. ALL staff were exceptionally efficient, helpful and friendly. The room was ok for the price. The kids enjoyed the small pool and I liked the local market right in front of the hotel. The hotel (without traffic) is only 15 min from the airport. Like I mentioned the staff is really efficient in calculating the airport shuttle. Upon check in you have to tell them at which time you need to go to the airport. Breakfast starts at 6 and was sufficient with Asian and western food.
Overall this was a good stay for overnight at the airport. We can recommend and would return.

The hotel served its purpose of being somewhere we could just lay our head for the night before our early morning flight home. In hindsight, I probably would have chosen a better location where I could walk easily to the Airport Link. Instead, we had to get a Grab to the train station to get in to the city (about 1 hour away). The room was pretty basic but did the job. My only wish is that the receptionists could have been a tiny bit friendlier.

Location was close enough to the airport for an overnight stay. Breakfast was nice. Not much to do around the hotel, but we came in late and left the next morning so that was not an issue.

Pro - Market outside hotel is good for some delicious street food. Plenty of parking if you get there before the market opens. Nice pool and outside sitting area.
Con - Front desk and breakfast staff were not very friendly. Rooms are loud and you will hear everyone enter and leave their rooms as well as the rooms above and next to you. Air Con was not adequate for the 43C temperatures.
